We had a great holiday! The service in the restaurant was always friendly and very helpful. The food was always fresh and delicious, there was a very large selection of dishes. We particularly liked the desserts, Pizza & Fresh Juices. The Crepé Station was perfect with plenty choice of toppings. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. We had a large room that was always clean and was cleaned daily. We would especially like to give a big Thanks to Jung the lifeguard in the indoor pool area. He was very friendly and we and our son felt very safe. He always gave us fresh towels and made an effort to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed going there to swim. The outdoor pool area is also very good and heated. Pool staff was very friendly as specially the sunglasses cleaner. Location is very good Creek Park, Wafi Mall are even in a walking distance. Everything was very good we would come back once the Water Park is ready for opening.

The Ladys Sauna Area is a bit old the Door is not closing properly and the wooden area had seen better days. On our last day we saw that there was a misunderstanding between two staff members and one started shouting at the other one in front of pool guests, this is a bit unprofessional behavior. This Hotel has no proper Kids Club Guests get send to the Roli Poli Indoor Softplay and thats not for free, this is a bit confusing advertised.

Rooms were spacious. Food was beautiful, we tried most of the restaurants and all the food was yummy! Staff were amazing! They treated me to free birthday cakes too! They also have a mega plex where kids over 5 can stay and do soft play while parents relax for a hour or two. There is a price attached to this, but you get a discount if you stay at the hotel. You will need to get a taxi into city centre which takes about 15mins, a-bit longer if in rush hour traffic.

Shame that the water park wasn’t finished. It will be great for the kids once this is finished.

The hotel is big and beautiful and has a large garden like a forest with rivers and fish as if you were in a real forest, the swimming pool is large and suitable for all ages, the restaurant located on the swimming pool has delicious and varied food and more alcoholic drinks, breakfast was delicious and varied and had many types of coffee, the rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view and quiet, the staff are friendly and smiling, the check-in was quick and before the allowed time, at the time of check-in I thank the employee Fadi he served me quickly thank you, my room view was on the swimming pool, the metro and the city, I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel thank you and I will repeat this stay in the future

The facility

Restaurant timing specially for the dinner from 6 to 8 was not sufficient specially if will use the hotel facility such as pool and with kids, there is no enough time to finish and prepare your self to use the restaurant. I suggest the timing to be from 7 pm to 10:30 pm or from 6 pm to 10 pm.

It was a wonderful stay breakfast and dinner included made it a particularly good deal. We loved indoor and outdoor pools and shuttles. Only problem my phone seems to have been scammed which I am now trying to sort out with a huge bill for the two day stay... which might make us more reluctant to return.

Room are nice and spacious, well organized and comfortable.

The never heard before system of payment where you are called (regardless the confirmed reservation) to pay in advance throught a different website a couple of days before the checkin under the menace of "booking not confirmed". I d understand collecting the amount from a credit card registered on booking once the cancellation date is passed but this instead is a stupid annoyance.

1st - Employee… they were 100% efficient! lovely, warm and very, very, very gentle all the time. 2nd - infrastructure - this is a world class resort! luxury at every detail 3rd - Breakfast… and restaurants… this was the best food I ever had in a Hotel… Italian and Singapore’s cuisine out of this world…

The Grand Hyatt is an established institution since more than 2 decades and is still an impressive place. The palace style grand atrium with the indoor jungle and the excellent venue's inside the complex are still top of the line. The Lebanese Restaurant with an excellent life performance, the Bar featuring life gigs of great quality... a 24h open indoor pool of a descent size and a spa that keeps open until 23.00 an integrated Expo Center and ample of parking spaces and a family friendly outdoor waterlandscape that soon receives an upgrade with a quite feature rich aqua park combine business and family life. I am travelling to the UAE since 25 Years and the Grand Hyatt remains a reliable oasis for a plaguad business traveller. Also for outside guests a great spot especially in hot summers when the outside air becomes unbreathable hot you find a place for a nice tea time in the jungle right within the neon forrest of Dubai.
