Breakfast is very nice, coffee is good but €34 per person for breakfast each day is just too much. At a high rated hotel in the Netherlands we pay €21 each person for an extensive breakfast.

Television is not mounted at the wall right across the bed, but all the way left near the window seat which makes watching tv from the bed nearly impossible. Two separate mattresses, we don’t like the gap/seem in between. The bottom of the cooking pans are not flat which makes them unfit for the induction platens. They are most probably first used on a gas stove which makes the bottoms crooked. The wall mounted mirror is coming off the wall, this makes the mirror fall down and you cannot reset the mirror.

The room and the facilities in the room and the room size were remarkable. The breakfast was good.

But the life cooking stations needs to be improved. The major draw back which caused major discomfort for residences was the elevators. There were slow and it will take almost 10 to 15 min. to arrive to the room. Regardless going down or up.

The hotel itself was really nice and comfortable. Mordern and very convenient. Was upgraded to 1 bedroom appartment after i protested on twin beds in the studio joined together instead of a double bed which was the original booking.

The front desk staff could have been a bit more hospitable and courteous, interacting with them wasnt as warm as one would expect out of a decent hotel let alone the hyatt name, not a big deal but would have been nice if they made that effort to smile. Worst part was the manager at market 24 restaurant, extremely rude and disappointing. I travel very frequently and stayed at 5 star and other hotels all over the world, have never experience such a behaviour even at less reputed hotels let alone a name like Hyatt. Just shrugged off the complaints, just didnt care and had a severe condescending attitude when talking to us. Such a shame to the Hyatt name, cant believe this guy is allowed to have any association with dealing with guests. Really spoilt the otherwise decent experience

We exited early morning to catch our flight at 9 am from Dubai Airport. When we were at Dubai Duty Free; we realized that we do not have certain valuable items in our handbag that we purchased in Dubai. It was in the same handbag very much; and if it is not here then where is it. A big question in mind was that this handbag was moving everywhere in Dubai for last 7 days so might be somewhere it got dropped or it may be a packing error. Anyhow, we called the hotel and mentioned about this situation. Considering the situation of valuable items; hotel team immediately followed their protocol and sent a security surveillance team to our vacated room. While hotel team was taking this action, we were boarding our flight. Having no idea on the so-called lost items; Cabin crew announced to put our phones on airplane mode and the plane was almost on the runway with the flight attendants on their seats; that's when an email pops up from Hyatt team - 'your valuable items are safe with us and please don't worry'.... An action taken within 30 min by Hyatt that speaks a loud about Hyatt's standards. Thanks to Amit and his team from Hotel Security who conducted this search exercise and protected customer's interest and trust. This is a good example manifesting a culture of ethics in Hyatt brand.

GOOD AND CLEAN PROPERTY . Close to downtown and all other attractions .

Lift maintenance was very poor . Had to wait for the elevator for 20 minutes . That was very bad . Only 3 elevators were working . Staff are not responsive . They are keen on collecting the amount and the deposits .

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, and everything about our experience was seamless and enjoyable. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Triana at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra memorable. She graciously arranged a wonderful room with an amazing view that truly exceeded our expectations. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor made us feel valued and well taken care of. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of the creek—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel's facilities, service, and overall ambiance were top-notch, reflecting the high standards Hyatt is known for. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Dubai. Thanks again, Triana and the Hyatt team!

There is nothing to dislike. Everything is perfect

Very clean and quiet with a great breakfast. Staff were superb. Location is quiet and well connected with metro and taxi. Check in and check out were very efficient and helpful. Relaxation areas within the complex were more than adequate.

pick up and drop off area's are a little cramped and could do with expanding.

They know what hospitality means... everything is beautiful in its smallest details... Mr. Rafiq And Suad and avish and phyu They are very cooperative, have solutions and are smiling. All of this must be due to a sophisticated, open-minded management that has mastered hotel management. . Breakfast is something special It all starts with Miss Rose, Camilla and Charles. Some restaurants need more emphasis on the fact that the customer is a very sensitive person regarding the amount he pays and expects in return a smile and a word, (yes we can ) and cancelling a word from his dictionary (not possible)

I give it a solid five stars, no question. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My room was spotless, spacious, and had the most incredible view. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the gorgeous pool to the delicious breakfast buffet. I especially loved the comfy beds; I slept like a baby every night! The location was also perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do.

That basement parking garage is super cramped, so you gotta pay attention when you're driving, especially if you've got a big car.

The curtains in the bedroom did not completely shut out the light because it doesn’t reach the floor completely and therefore a bright ray of light comes into the room in the morning.
