The hotel is in a quiet area. Very kind and friendly staff. The classic suite with two bedrooms and a living room was very spacious, clean, with two air conditioning units and three bathrooms (we agreed to leave one locked because it exceeded the needs of our group), everything ensuring the comfort for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful, with both European and especially Asian and Indian food.

The location of the hotel in a rather industrial and unattractive area, far from points of interest. There was a constant noise at night, which we think came from a (maybe) water desalination plant nearby, the windows not being designed for too much soundproofing. More attention needs to be paid to cleanliness because we found broken glass on the floor. This was the reasons why we did not give the hotel the maximum rating. It would be nice if the suite had crockery and cutlery from the start (we had to borrow from the restaurant), as long as there was also a microwave available for tourists.

Staff is polite, friendly and well trained. The wifi is good, the modem is located in the room, and it is a big advantage that you can connect to the wifi modem using a cable. Relatively good breakfast. Quiet room. Comfortable beds. We got an extra bed in for free, we appreciated this gesture. Parking is free and is indoor in the basement, which matters a lot to protect the car from the sun. All in all, things work very well here. We will visit again.

Not much choice of meat and protein at breakfast. You need to stand in line to pick up a teaspoon of Nutella put on your plate by a chef. Some of the breakfast buffet cut meat for sandwich was not fresh.

It was an amazing stay. The view of the city and we could see the sea from our room. Receptionist Othman and Primashi was great and made our stay a lot more easier and pleasant. Clean rooms with good wifi. There was a mini fridge,tv,safe,water bottles with a kettle,towels and toiletries. Not to forget,I have ordered Chicken Mandi and it was the best mandi ever had😋 The spa was good as well. We just ride a bus from Dubai and it just takes around 2.30hrs from Union Metro Bus Station and from RAK any taxi knows the hotel.

From I step in the hotel lobby the warm welcome from the front office staff I think he is from Thailand or Myanmar not sure he sounded from that part of the world he so friendly, accmudating my request for a none smoking room. And also fowraded my booking because I made it around midnight stay on the 21st August Mr Othman was very helpful and understanding I was driving from Muscat and so tired in short while I find my self in nice clean cauzi upgrade room. Me and my family was very comfortable with the stay.

Missing swimming pool, room has no lock or key which was bit surprising for us oh and bit noisy as Aircon was making sound allover the night, Breakfast was descent for the price we pay but the very annoying there was lots flies I have recommended to use slice of lemon and put some cloves in it it will keep the flies a way.

This hotel is surprising. It is really well managed and is customer satisfaction orientated. I'm still amazed at how affordable and accessible everything was. The restaurant had great quality food and the prices were also excellent. The rooms were clean and very big and spacious. I'm surprised that the hotel doesn't at least have a four star rating, because it has many comforts and amenities in the rooms and the building - but maybe because there is no swimming pool? Not sure. The staff are well trained, and hospitable. I'm completely impressed with everything that the hotel had to offer and will definitely be staying again when I go to RAK.

The rooms are non-smoking but I think there are some guests who don't respect that policy because we could smell smoking through the AC vents on occasion in both of our rooms. Also, for people who are concerned, this hotel has a full bar that serves alcohol adjacent to the restaurant. People are allowed to smoke and drink,even when children are seated at the restaurant. We just moved our meal upstairs to our room, but I thought it was important to mention.

From the beginning of the entry to hotel till we leave had a good time in our stay. Housekeeping manager Mr Raj and receptionist staff (Sri Lankan lady) was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Their positive approach made us feel very comfortable. Housekeeping is good Room and public area cleaning is very comfortable and good HK staff Abdul was good. The team at breakfast area Mr Harshana and Sandra (Myanmar) were very friendly and treated us with well mannered. Highly recommend to anyone who wish have a great stay when they travel to Ras Al Khaimah.

High standards with an excellent value for money. Primashi in reception upgraded my King Bedroom to a Family Suite! I didn't expect it from the value I have paid. I arrived in the room, surprisingly shocked that it was a huge room. For dinner, I went to Fresh Restaurant and asked Harshana, who attended my table, about the best meal in the house. Harshana offered the Steak to me, and he was not wrong! I enjoyed my meal. Delicious fruit platter too! I will visit this hotel soon for my RAK adventures!

Kindly advise your Maintenance team to provide a support structure for the shower. Also, I waited several minutes for my checkout confirmation and learned that the room was okay when I entered the Office Room and asked about the confirmation. I think the Front Office team require Guest Experience training. I hope my comments will support the success of the team.

The room is spacious and the interior blend was nice. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. The staffs are very friendly, from July in the reception to the ladies from the restaurant. The room service guys are very friendly and humble too.

Nothing in particular; just advices: 1. Add more options to their breakfast menu. 2. Create a play area for kids 3. Add a smart tv because most guest will want to be on YouTube to follow news and their favourite programs.

1. Please check your toilet and shower area. Even though it looks clean, there is something that made the bad smell. 🤢🤢 2. Please make the smoking room away awayyyy from the non smoking room. For non smokers, we have a very sensitive nose and some of us even small amount of smoke, it can triggers asthma. Plus, its not a nice smell, spoil the enviroment mood. 🙁🙁👎🏽👎🏽

The location was good, staff were friendly, food was good as well where it was paid but price is decent. But room was okayish as space was not enough for king size bed room and bathroom for shower was too small I felt.
