FANTASTIC B&B on the North Irish countryside with breathtaking mountain views ! Easy parking just outside the door. Comfy queen bed (a little hard pillows, but that is a personal preference). Nice bathroom with excellent shower size with great warm water. Nice kitchenette with kettle, microwave and fridge (small freezer), Including tea bags, milk, butter and marmelade in the fridge on arrival - perfect ! CLEAN room and surroundings. Excellent heating of the room. Nice caring hosts that checked in on us twice, to see that everything was OK with our room. We highly recommend this B&B, staying on the countryside for a couple of nights. We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it !

Everything was PERFECT !

comfortable bed excellent kitchenette with good range of equipment very functional bathroom host even provided milk and bread, sauces and butter separate table and chairs for two people. So often only one sitting chair is provided.

this is nit-picking but the drainage area on the sink is small, gladly there is an ample supply of drying cloths to set dishes on to dry.

Modern, clean and compact room for 2 people with all the necessity's, quiet and secluded location with excellent views over the mountains with added bonus of local Red Kites. Microwave cooking facilities and fridge in the galley kitchen; ideal for ready meal cooking. Dog friendly with adjacent field prepared for dog exercising. Friendly welcoming host.

No problems with anything

It was a beautiful location, peaceful and comfortable, the room had everything we needed, it was quiet and cosy, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean, we loved how it felt like a home away from home. Also, the owner was very friendly and helpful, we were greeted warmly upon arrival. Everything was very easy.

Location was vital for our trip and it was spot on for everything we needed to do Shops and restaurants were all within 1/2 an hour for the drive its 15 -20 mins away Lots of eating houses of choice and Mountain View lists them all for your reading Plenty of walking paths and View points the areas beauty is stunning The family have chickens in the yard caged but they're so quiet you forget they are there

Nothing at all everything was as it was described on the booking app parking and views of the property were true to image it looked small and compacting the photo's but it was spacious and not closed in at all

Had an absolutely lovely time here at mountainview. Our host Sharon was absolutely lovely. I'd highly recommend staying here and can't wait to go back. The room was lovely, like a self contained flat, probably bigger than you'd get in Dublin 😂 our dog Ed loved it too.

Sharon and Kevin made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! The room was clean and spotless and stocked with everything I could need! I was given complete peace and privacy, but Sharon and Kevin made sure I knew I could ask them for help with anything I needed. The surrounding view was beautiful, and was such a treat to wake up to or watch the sunset in. I already can’t wait to come back!

No complaints!

Had a couple of days for work. It was lovely and cosy..The room was perfect size with ensuite and very clean . It even had its own little kitchen with everything you needed.There was a nice little bar down the road where the locals were very friendly. Would definitely go back with my wife for a weekend

Very cosy room, bed was super comfy and heating for room was easily managed as it was quite cold at the time of my stay. Lovely countryside location and Sharon was very welcoming and friendly.

An air fryer would have been very useful. Hook on back of bathroom door for clothes whilst showering.

Sharon is an amazing host, we felt very welcomed! We enjoyed our stay, the location is very close to the mourne mountains and forest parks. Our room had everything we needed, also there is a dining table outside with mountains view!
