Perfect location! Some toiletries and additional facilities such as teaspoons and extra milk for tea / coffee making would be great, but small gripe for a great location

Very minor issues - could do with additional toiletries and basic items such as a bin in the bedroom, teaspoons and extra milk for tea / coffee etc., but these are very minor points. Have visited before so wasn’t an issue, but there’s a lack of clarity on where to collect keys for check in and where to drop off keys when leaving.

The location was great right at the sea-front and we were able to park just round the corner in the Donard Carpark. The room was clean and warm and most things worked.

It wasn't clear where we leave the keys on leaving. We realised it was the plastic box on the table at the front door. A breakfast would also have been appreciated. Bedside lights didn't work.

Very central location and right by the beach. We got room #5 and had a lovely view of the Mourne Mountains. Very friendly bar staff when we went to pick up our room key.

Nothing, everything satisfactory and we were happy. Only thing that would be a nice addition was if breakfast was included.

great location, bit odd going to the pub next door to check in could have been better explained

the noise of the bar, the constant revving of cars on the car park very loud exhausts bunch of idiots doing stupid things in cars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went next door to the pub for check-in, which meant we had to go up to the bar for our keys. It only took a few minutes. Room was spacious and the shower/loo worked fine!

New mattresses may be needed in the twin room, they were a little uncomfortable. The room was a little cold - what comes of being on the seafront, I guess!

In the bathroom in our bedroom there was a sink that was so badly cracked and the was mould/dampness in the corner of the wall which was sad …

The location was perfect for what we needed

Appeared to be a fight going on in the hallway at 2am which sounded like it involved a lot of people. The music from the bar until 1am was not a problem at all but was not expecting to listen to a family feud until 3am

Great location, easy to get somewhere nice to eat and drink in walking distance

Thought for £150 ,just for room ,the mattress could do with a up grade,not very comfy and one of the base of bed was dirty

Central and car parking behind Good hot shower Comfy bed but bases very stained Contactable for any issues

Mini fridge would have been useful and an iron

It was a great location in Newcastle we had a great view of the promenade I would definitely recommend this stay
