Outstanding example of hospitality in Mournes area. Made to feel very welcome from arrival. Beautifully maintained premises inside and out. Very convenient to Newcastle and the mountains. Quiet rural setting. Extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast perfect with great spread of cereals and fruit as well as range of cooked items.

We loved staying at this BnB. It was located in a very peaceful, rural location; the facilities were spacious and spotless; and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. The host, Helen was super friendly and welcome. Highly recommended.

We had a phantastic stay! Helen was really friendly and helpful, we felt at home right away. The room was spacious, spottles clean with a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding, probably the best we had during our two week stay (and the others weren't bad either ;) ). Just acroos the street there is an entrance to the beautiful Tollymore Forest Park.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tollyrose Country House, Helen , our host was very friendly and helpful, of every aspect, Our room was spotlessly clean, located in a very quiet area,( a place to find yourself) we chose the king size bed,which was super comfortable and spacious, Breakfast was delicious , and we'll.presented. To sum up, well worth a visit

I couldn't fault it

Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable. Helen let me check in early, which was helpful. I asked for an iron, and Helen went and got one for me. Such a lovely lady 🩷

Nothing really..

We loved that everything you could have needed was there plus extra touches - chocolate bars to have with a cup of tea, lovely toiletries, lots of space, comfy bed and a delicious breakfast with lots of choice available. Helen and her staff were so lovely and friendly, nothing was a bother. Also right beside Tollymore Forest Park - beautiful spot which is definitely worth a visit.

We weren’t able to tilt the TV which made it a bit more difficult to see from the bed but that was literally the only thing and even then it was fine.

Helen was lovely and welcoming and gave lots of information on any questions we asked about the area. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was fab with lots of options to choose from.

I loved everything and wished we could stay longer😁. The room was spotless, comfy bed and not to mention the breathtaking view🤩🤩. The breakfast was great. Everything was just perfect.

Friendly hosts, the house is spotless clean, good location next to Tollymore Forest Park, close to Newcastle. Plenty of parking space. Good breakfast.

Loved that accommodation was separate, private entrance. Lovely friendly host. Place was spotless.

Breakfast times were a little early for those not rushing to get up, esp at the weekends.
