The apartment was nice,everything i needed on the day was there. I ordered a takeaway and was able to eat it in appropriate plates and cutlery which were at the property. Television in the living/dining area and another in the bedroom, dining table, fridge.

The fact that they ask you are reception for a £200 deposit. We are both professionals and could afford to do so, but later I thought about it and wondered what would happen if we didn't have £200 or what happened to the guests who just wanted to book the apartment for a night and can only afford the room and not yhr deposit? Do they lose their money that they already use to book their room? I was also a bit uncomfortable the next day waiting for my money to be returned to my account because I know not everyone are honest and may say say something was wrong so I lost my deposit or some of it. That's just how my brain works anyway. My deposit was returned within 48 hours.

You need to be transparent about the deposit. It is completely unacceptable to charge a £200 deposit - which you take from our bank accounts - at check in

The room was very good with ample light and furnished well. We stayed 2 nights in each separate type of room. The classic room was bit congested for 2 person. Second night we stayed in Grand room which was spacious. In the grand room the coffee machine was nor working. in each room they MUST have manual of how to operate various kitchen equipements. Overall good.

One of the staffs at the reception on the first day who checked in was not very welcoming. The same person on the second day, I went downstairs to get some breakfast things from the shop and at the same time I asked the lady at the reception for extra coffee so she called the room maid and gave her the job. Then she told me "you can leave now" twice and her face was sour. What she could have told me instead " the coffee will be delivered to your room".

Very helpful staff, whole place is newly renovated. I liked the studio room, a reasonable size with bed behind a small divider wall. Kitchenette was decently equipped, good shower. Quite close to city centre and a few nice restaurants / coffee shops.

The breakfast items on offer from the downstairs shop were poor. Bed not the most comfortable, a bit too firm for me and could do with a slightly larger table that could double as a desk space.

A Fantastic Stay at the New Aparthotel in Birmingham! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Aparthotel in Birmingham, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail in the design and decor of the Aparthotel is fantastic, offering contemporary and stylish furnishings create a modern yet cosy ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. The spacious apartments are tastefully decorated, with every amenity thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. The staff members are professional, friendly and attentive. I felt truly valued. The apartments themselves are functional, clean and well-maintained with fully equipped kitchens with washing machine and dishwashers, comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms.

I cannot fault it! There was nothing that I didn't like or think that I was able to improve. The location was fantastic and all amenities were more than expected! It is a welcome asset to the lone traveller market!

Wow wow wow - I would say, that everything is brand new in this hotel, huge living room and bedroom, every detail is planned.

All male reception staff upon arrival - Very patient, helpful and polite Location - Perfect, NCP parking next door or there is B4 parking around the back, short walking distance to public transport - buses, trains and tram. Shop - There is a Nisa convenience store attached to the hotel, you can access it from the street or the reception area! Property - Beautiful hotel stay as a solo traveller, as the rooms are mini apartments, not too large. Comfy and clean rooms with little living area, kitchenette and nice bathroom - huge shower! Loved the privacy of the rooms. Not located on a huge row where you can hear movement and talking.

In the small space just outside the room it smelled a little funny. There were just two apartments in that space. Perhaps air fresheners would help as it is a closed area and some people may stay for long durations. Not always choosing to air the apartment out daily. The was no distinctive smell in the apartment that I stayed in :)

The place was absolutely amazing. Close to town. Shop downstairs which was very convenient. Room was clean. 24 hour concierge.

No guests allowed past 10pm.

The bathroom & shower is amazingly comfortable, decent sized room & decent sized double comfortable bed as well as even a comfortable sofa bed with ALL necessary amenities. Very well put together in terms integrated white goods. All very modern! Oven/microwave, washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer. Very centrally located facility, friendly & helpful staff easy to talk to and understand, and always had a smile.

Think they need key cards activation on their lifts to further secure the facility. As with all city centre hotels parking can be pricy especially if you need to move your car during your stay.

This price for how much room and amenities you get is incredible. Staff was super kind and friendly, they gave us all the info we needed and were patient. It's just truly the perfect mix of spacious enough but also have so many things to it. Even the shower was massive and clean. Extra toilet paper was even there already. Truly a great place

I felt like they whole place could be a tad more sound proof. The pipes are extremely loud and people showering in other rooms was heard loudly in our room. As well as this, the TV didn't get too loud, I'm assuming it's capped because of possible sound bleeding?
