Fantastic location, a stones throw from new street station. Lots of great food options nearby (we went to Tokyo Izakaya around the corner, really recommend). Room was clean, tidy and comfortable and most importantly had fabulous air conditioning! The shower was incredible, we were able to get a hair dryer from reception, the staff were lovely and super helpful. Rachel checked us out and unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the girl who checked us in, but she was very helpful with all my queries and super friendly! We had booked a different hotel for our stay but unfortunately upon arrival it was very disappointing and way too hot to feel comfortable, I'm so happy I was able to get a room at Easy Hotel last minute and for a very good price, it honestly turned our short trip around and made it so enjoyable!

Only that I didn't book room here sooner!

Really central location, the room was really quiet and at a great comfortable temperature to sleep, staff was really helpful and friendly! My room was small and had no windows, which for some people may be a huge no, but for one night it was really OK and comfortable (no noise from the street and no morning light waking me up!)

I would have appreciated, if not a kettle in the room, at least the option to have a free tea or instant coffee in the building - there is a hot drinks machine, but only marginally cheaper than buying a nice one in a café. A complimentary instant coffee/tea would not a huge cost for the hotel, and would've been nice. But again, you're so central you can just go out and have a quick hot drink anywhere!

Slightly larger than the room without a window I've stayed in before so a bit more space to manoeuvre round the bed. Great shower and although not a view (car park!) the blackout curtains were excellent - I slept in! Borrowed a hairdryer from reception and staff were friendly and helpful

Could have used a cup/ glass in the room although I know there is a coffee machine in the foyer Charging point on the side of bed closest to mirror didn't work - I only found out in the morning when my phone didn't charge and couldn't use the hairdryer there (used opposite side no problem) Bed felt a bit hard but I slept very well regardless A bit of exterior noise but to be expected for location and wasn't all night as has been the case at other hotels in Birmingham I've stayed at

Room was warm and clean. Staff was very friendly when I arrived and explained everything to me very well. Location so close to the train station was key to me and made it easy to walk there and also walk to the other locations I was there to see such as the symphony hall and to restaurants.

Room was small but I knew that it would be tight when I booked. There was a little bit of noise, music playing from another room and also noise from the street but it wasn't too bad. I don't understand having to pay more for a room with a window but I was only there to sleep and was not in the room during the day so not having a window was fine.

I love everything about this place . This is my 8th visit as I always go for work.

Communication after you leave is terrible. The place is fantastic but I lost something and wanted to check if they had found it but did not manage to get a response. The person on the line kept on saying "enter or say out your reference number that starts with H " then cut off the phone without any care or the reason why someone would be calling. If you book with Travago or booking.com the reference has no H. This is frustrating and unhelpful. They need to have after care for customers. It appears they care about bookings and not clients. It appears they are interested in taking bookings not clients welfare after they leave. This could be administrative or managerial negligence, I am not sure. I have to travel back to check if they found what i suspect I lost.

The room room-though small- was comfortable and clean. The lady who welcomed us at the front desk was very friendly and informative. The hotel's rate was very competitive, and I am inclined to look at Easy Hotel for future short stays- particularly where they work well for travel connections. The Birmingham Hotel was perfectly located for the central train station.

While the room is efficient, it was probably a little smaller than I had anticipated -but perhaps this stems from my lack of understanding of easyHotel. I like all of the boutique style efficiencies although it was a little difficult to find somewhere to keep our luggage which we used as make-shift bedside tables.

Perfect for short stay, I came for a night and took a single room without a window and was sorry I had just one night because it was surprisingly great! Bed was comfy, shower was wow, and even though the room was tiny - it had almost everything.

It had no trash bags in the bin, I don't know if it's deliberately or not but it was missing. With a room with no fridge and no table, it's kinna hard to bring food in. But again, it was the simplest room just for one night of sleep so it was bearable.

I felt the room was good value for money. Only issue was we were straight over the cocktail bar so music didn't finish until gone 1.00 a.m. and started again around 8.00 a.m.

It would have been nice to have a table or chair to put our clothes on. A double room is ok for one person not for two people. As the weather was bad we struggle for somewhere to put our wet coats. It would be great to have hooks on the back of the door so you are now carrying your wet coat further into the room.

This is a very basic hotel. great if you are on a budget. It does all the essentials very well. very good for people travelling alone who just want somewhere to sleep there is a comfortable bed, tv ensuite room is well designed for the space.

very basic. I thought a kettle to make a drink in your room was standard practice, all they have is a drinks machine in the foye. there is hardly any space in the room about a foot of space around the bed, and a little bit of space outside the ensuite, only just enough to get dressed. no extras such as a chair or a desk

Room is clean, budget affordable hotel. It is like a dorm room. A bit cozy, newly built hotel. The stay was overall comfortable.

Room is small with no windows as described from the hotel room type. It felt a bit claustrophobic, did not have any sort of light and the room is completely dark when there is no light so hard to think that it is daytime outside already at 08am for example. But this will fit for someone who wants to sleep only then you will get a very good sleep. Bed is small, will not fit for 2 grown up people, had to pay for upgrade fee for my parents. If you like to stay there, better go for Double or Twin room with windows, room is more spacious. Could not find the room size on the website or on the booking.com.
