Close to the city centre, beds were highly comfortable. Looked fairly similar to the pictures on Booking.com. Had pretty much everything needed and was clean.

Picking up the keys was a small amount of effort, but not overly bad. The host gave very clear instructions on how to collect them and it wasn't too far away. For those wanting alcohol, the petrol station where keys are collected is very expensive and the BestOne next to that doesn't sell booze. Otherwise the property is annoyingly exactly equidistant to the Tesco in the gay village and the one up on Bath Row. So I would probably recommend buying booze before if needed!

Location was excellent and just what we needed. The beds were comfy with sparkling linen and towels. It was very secure with secure parking. Wifi was excellent and the city views outstanding. Hosts were very helpful and easy to contact.

There was very little crockery. If we had been the booked 6 people rather than the actual 5, we would have not had enough plates or dining chairs. Plugs for the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom would have made life easier.

Very easy to collect the keys. Nice apartment with good facilities. Great communication from the property company with information and adding any additional items. Just a 1 night stay but we were all happy with the apartment, location and facilities.

Parking is an small extra charge, which I don't think was advertised and a separate deposit is required over the phone with the property company. But receipts are sent and communication on this is very good after you have purchased.

Spacious apartment. Great location, The Mailbox was a five minute walk, Hippodrome less than 10 minutes, Bullring less than 15 minutes - helpful instructions from host on which directions to head in. Felt reasonably safe walking everywhere in a family group. Comfortable beds, very clean, lovely big towels. Tea and coffee provided along with basic cleaning essentials and toilet roll and kitchen roll. Secure gated parking. Good shower. Lift gave access to room which was on an upper floor.

The apartment was extremely hot being on an upper floor - fans were provided but only enough for two rooms, unfortunately one room had to suffer the heat as we used the sofa bed too! We opened the windows in the daytime but it was just a little too noisy for us to leave them open at night with the A38 being quite close by.

The apartment was incredibly impressive. It was laid out very well with 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and tidy. The artwork was amazing. The Kitchen stocked all the utensils we required. Keys were collected from a nearby 24hours petrol station which was very convenient. The instructions provided were detailed and constructive. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. It was truly a home from home. The location was ideal being walking distance to the town centre and other attractions.

There was nothing to fault. Great communication with the owner the whole time, which was helpful.

The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious, and the decor was fab! The kitchen was well stocked with delph and utilities. The apartment was cosy and warm. 2 bathrooms, both with showers and a bath.

Could have done with more towels and toilet roll. Some bottled water and perhaps some milk (even uht) for hot drinks would have been a nice welcoming touch : )

The place is how it looks like in the pictures. Clean and very well maintained place. All the amenities included are really available. Nice smelling sheets. Place is near 02 academy and the Church. There is a lift going to the property as well. Very cosy. There are also paintings that is very pleasing to the eyes(for your eyes only! Do not touch the paintings! 😊) Will definitely book this place again if we come back to Birmingham.

Overall a great stay ! apartment was spotless and the overall cleanliness was great. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed, and the apartment was a great size for 6 people. a full size fridge was available as well as other essential kitchen appliances. The apartment felt very safe with a fob to enter the main building and a key for the apartment itself.

Only slight issue was that the rooms were bright at night. the curtains in the living room were not full length and the room with the single beds was also bright- black out full length curtains might be a good addition.

Great location and apartment, with all good add ons and a tidy apartment with a parking option.. Great communication by the host. Otherwise, a good and comfortable apartment.

Unfortunately, the lift was broken down, so 3 floors up and down with the kids. The only main downside was that there was no AC in the apartment.

Great location (Chinese quarter) and good size apartments (each sleeps 6) We had top floor apartments 66 & 68, lovely views and lift was operable. Both clean and spacious. Twin room, double pull out sofa bed & double room with en suite and shower in each apartment. Towels and bedding provided. Kitchen well equipped with utensils & basic condiments. Great communication with staff and safe block with key code/fob and parking space at minimal cost. WIFI and late check out available on request. (Addit.cost for check out) All in all, great stay. Don't believe some reviews on Google; this is a city centre location, so busy foot traffic with local bars and takeaways nearby, but we didn't hear any noise once in apartments and Ubers were cheap and easy for door to door drop offs. Our apartments were clean and no odd odour as described in some reviews. Yes, a deposit was paid (held), but this isn't unusual, and I had no issues with staff being unprofessional. These were affordable apartments in a good location.

Apartments a little "tired". Paint faded on walls, scuffs on walls, and some furniture a little wobbly. Apartments just need a little makeover and some furniture renewed, but it's all just cosmetic and not needed for the short stay let's.
