Blind in the bedroom has been mentioned in a few reviews and this doesn’t really block out any light, I used the blanket from the bed to block out more light.

Great apartment in a fab location, clean and well equipped. Parking good, though do make sure that it has been reserved for you. We had a message telling us which number space to use, only to find it was the wrong space and in fact we didn't have parking. It got sorted but the telephone staff are not as friendly as they might be. Having said that we would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean and cosy. I enjoyed my stay and the free secure parking was a bonus, I could see my car from the balcony. The customer service was brilliant and answered questions quickly via email and also a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa and nice bathroom.

The house rules were put in a frame on the wall on entering the apartment. This made me feel a little uneasy at first when I entered the apartment, prior to checking in I had signed the documents regarding the house rules, ID, etc. I did not need to be reminded as I entered the apartment.

Second time staying here. Place is so cosy and comfortable and quiet. Apartment was clean. I would recommend. Apartment is in close proximity to Mailbox and other amenities.

More soap and shampoo needed in bathroom.

Excellent location, good tv, lots of towels, provided shampoo etc, spacious and comfortable, staff were happy to help.

Some doors were difficult to open/close, bedroom furnishing was a little haphazard, perhaps add a cushion or two to the sofa? It would have been nice to perhaps provide more for someone staying as long as I was, eg more shampoo or some herbs to help with home cooking. As my boyfriend stayed with me for a couple days it would have been helpful to have had a second key.

Secured car park is a big plus for those we drive there. Good value for money.

The shower tap is quite hard to turn. The bed can be more comfortable. 10am check out time is earlier than most other hotels/apartments.

Good location but hard to find

Parking spaces very tight for even a small car. Cannabis butts left on the balcony. TV remote didn’t work. Bed so uncomfortable I slept on the sofa.

Nothing in particular. Very disappointing stay.

Bed terribly uncomfortable. Rough, itchy bedding. Very basic furnishings. Some items unclean and area of damp on wall. Doors difficult to open and close. Noisy.
