Perfect location also well isolated from the party noises. Pretty room with comfy beds and bathroom. The staff was nice. It is a very good place to stay for a week 🙂

We think that for these kinds of hotels it is very important to educate the staff enough and to be aware of what is happening every minute in the public areas and restaurants. During breakfast many tables were not clean, there weren't enough napkins, glasses, forks and ect. At the same time 4 people were looking around from the staff doing "something". One or two girls were trying to make everything. Also in the lobby and in front was a little bit disappointing because some garbage was left on the tables for hours. There was one bag of trash in the front door for the whole morning. My advice is to look more for the details! Everything was nice but could be more for the price 😊

Very well located hotel right on Broad Street. a 15 minute walk through pleasant city squares gets you to the shopping district - Bullring etc. Hotel staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Word of advice: whilst there is a car park dedicated to the hotel, you have to pay extra to park the car. Its was £18.50 for our stay. To be fair, the car car was safe and convenient, and given the central location of the hotel, I was happy to pay but I don't think it was very clear at the time of booking the car park is extra.

Location was great and the room was nice enough. The pillows were great. The staff I met were nice.

Didn’t like the area where my room was. It was loud. Like I spent most of my day trying to drown out the very loud conversations of the staff in the next room. Thankfully I was only there for two nights as I was temped to ask to be moved. I also called guest services multiple times to get more coffee pods as I was directed to do by the cleaning staff when I asked if I could have a coffee pod from their cart and no one would pick up and no one was manning the desk. My sheets and pillow cases were stained. And the room was just a bit gross cosmetically—like gross stains on the wall. Also the air con was great when it was hot but it couldn’t be controlled so the room got very cold.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, spacious and had a lovely aroma. We asked for a room on one of the lower floors and were given a bedroom on the 2nd floor which was great. Our bedroom was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly even when it was busy nothing was too much trouble. The hotel offered a huge selection of foods for breakfast and certainly what we ate was hot and delicious. The hotel is perfectly situated for the Utilita Arena which is just a few minutes walk and the purpose of our visit

The hotel was one of the most expensive in the area on this weekend but chosen particularly for location a which it lived up too. Breakfast is not included in the price. There is on sight parking with ample spaces, however the car park is also open to the public with hotel guests are not prioritised spaces. Guests are also expected to pay for parking. If I could make a suggestion it would be for the parking to be for hotel guests only or for guests to be reimbursed for their parking. Also for breakfast to be in included in the price

Location, Breakfast, nice staff. Receptionist on check-in for Room1327 on 20th June was so nice and helpful. The Mirror after my shower did not steam up. First time this has happened for all my hotel stays around the World. Brilliant. The Toaster was super quick. The rolling one not a push down one!! Excellent!! Duty Manager this morning. 21st June, was excellent.

The Fridge in the Room was not working. I took the Duvet out of the cover. I just wanted to use the Duvet cover for sleep. The Duvet had a large unsightly stain on it and also.a random pillowcase was in the Duvet Cover!!! Bizarre!! The Hot Water Tap for Tea was a mystery until I asked how it worked. I then showed 2 different people how to use it. The Honey was beside the coffee? Not with the Jams or beside the yoghurt. No teaspoons on the table.

Great location, comfortable room for our requirements, tasty and wide variety of breakfast choices.

The time it took for an available lift to arrive to us on the 16th floor , and the time it took for us to descend back down to reception. Was concerned about the unlikely event of a fire/evacuation and, due to having mobility problems, wouldn't be able to manage all those stairs in the event of an emergency. When booking on Booking.com, I was not made aware of what floor we would be on, unable to tell the hotel of my disabilities on Booking.com. And also misled about the room with a view described on the booking confirmation details.

Excellent location for attending an event at the Utilia area. Room a little “tired” but very clean. A coffee machine and a good choice of tea and coffee provided. A good size modern bathroom with an excellent shower. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean and quiet although the bed was a little on the small side for a superior double room. Also we were unable to park at the hotel’s car park as it was full when we arrived so had to find an alternative - 5 mins walk away and cost £23 - about £5 more. We didn’t bother with breakfast £15 pp as plenty of alternatives nearby.

Very clean, spacious and excellent location

The only thing I found annoying was that I could hear background music from a nightclub unfortunately it didn’t finish until 3am - I am a light sleeper and did wear ear plugs but this didn’t help - my husband slept all night and didn’t hear a thing ! Next time I stay I will ask for a room on the opposite side of hotel - I appreciate this is not hotels fault and I will definitely be staying again as location and facilities were brilliant as well as being great value

Easy to find and easy to park. Good, friendly quick check in. Room was good size for 2 adults and 2 children. Tea/coffee facilities and TV good. Lovely view. Good shower and toiletries. Good aircon. Ideal location for Utilita arena (5 min walk). 15 min walk to town or you can get the tram. Ate dinner in the restaurant - very empty but food was fine.

4 people staying in room but given three sets of towels, two flannels and one pair of slippers! The shower design meant the bathroom floor got quite wet so we used the towels to dry it and requested new towels for the next day. Towels were taken away and two were provided...for 4 people!
