Lovely cosy room, super clean. Staff as always was friendly. Loved the tv at the end of the bed and the shower was really relaxing, very homely vibe.

Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door, being able to see in, sometimes you want a bit of privacy and with my partner being so tall he can see over the top of the blurred out glass!

It was a good sized, quiet room

When I first arrived, my room smelt strongly of cigarettes. In addition to this, the bathroom, especially the toilet area had a strange, unclean smell to it. Other than that, everything else was great.

i liked how we didn’t have to check in with reception and could control the room w our phones, i also like the design of the place it was very nice n modern, also liked the design of the bathroom overall i would definitely 10000% come back this place it’s amazing ngl

i didn’t like the fact i could stay there for longer (that place is amazing)

Great rooms, great sound proofing which came in great as I was there for nightshift work

No key and all being phone operated wasn’t perfect, temperamental with signal issues

We really liked the light features around the room and how it made such a lovely atmosphere. The bed was so comfy and the room was super tidy. Pleased on arrival how prestine everything was kept.

Everything was great but a floor/bath mat could’ve been a little safer due to the nature of the floor. Apart from this our stay was fantastic!!.

Great rooms and brilliant location. It was clean and we had a nice kitchenette.

The tech is cool but inconsistent. You can use a wall pad or your phone to control temp and lights etc but it didn’t work half the time. The room ended up quite cold.

The separate spaces and sofa etc. Plus having fridge and the microwave etc.

Bathroom was a little small

The apartment is lovely! The bed is super comfy and the living area is quite spacious. Having 2 TV’s was also very useful, as well as the fridge and microwave. Easy check in through the app.

The room was spotless and modern. Great air con and tvs. Bed was super comfy and decent sized fridge. Will definitely stay again should I ever return to Birmingham.

The room is absolutely gorgeous, I love being able to control the lights, temperature and door access all from my phone. This feature makes staying at this property so much easier and gives you the chance to relax to the max !
