Almost everything was amazing…. Lovely room, good shower, well-equipped gym, great breakfast.

The noise on a Friday night. We were on the 8th floor yet the bass from some local night club (I was assured not in the hotel) kept me awake until 4am on Saturday morning as it reverberated through the building. Thursday was quiet and we left Saturday morning…. If it was a party being held in the hotel then the management should hold their heads in shame….

The property was clean , smells really nice throughout the whole hotel, everything was a 10/10 .

Breakfast was too pricey, discount should given to guests,24hr parking was also pricey.

Perfect location also well isolated from the party noises. Pretty room with comfy beds and bathroom. The staff was nice. It is a very good place to stay for a week 🙂

We think that for these kinds of hotels it is very important to educate the staff enough and to be aware of what is happening every minute in the public areas and restaurants. During breakfast many tables were not clean, there weren't enough napkins, glasses, forks and ect. At the same time 4 people were looking around from the staff doing "something". One or two girls were trying to make everything. Also in the lobby and in front was a little bit disappointing because some garbage was left on the tables for hours. There was one bag of trash in the front door for the whole morning. My advice is to look more for the details! Everything was nice but could be more for the price 😊

Bedroom was very luxurious

Very loud noise in the night constantly, sounded like the lift, didn't stop all night

Very well located hotel right on Broad Street. a 15 minute walk through pleasant city squares gets you to the shopping district - Bullring etc. Hotel staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Word of advice: whilst there is a car park dedicated to the hotel, you have to pay extra to park the car. Its was £18.50 for our stay. To be fair, the car car was safe and convenient, and given the central location of the hotel, I was happy to pay but I don't think it was very clear at the time of booking the car park is extra.

First time staying at this hotel. Loved the reception area and the decor and interior was clean and very modern and spacious. We were seen at reception quickly and the staff were really polite. We got a double room. Really good sized room, very clean, Nespresso machine was a nice touch, with nice coffee pods. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE slept really really well. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Really good sized shower. Smart tv so you could screen Netflix / Amazon Prime from your phone. The hotel is on the main street which was ideal. It is like a 5min walk in to the city centre and then a further 5min to the bullring shopping centre. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again. 100/100!!

Loved my weekend stay here for Ozzy and Black Sabbath's farewell show at Villa Park. The hotel is practically next to the Black Sabbath bridge and the bench which was great to be walking past it several times. Good location, very clean, comfy bed, lots of pillows. Lifts were a bit temperamental but showed up in the end.

Mini fridge was empty, yet turned on and hot. It was kept in a wooden cabinet with a drawer on top of it. The drawer had coffees, teas, biscuits and small pots of milk inside it. The fridge warmed up the whole drawer and kept the milk constantly warm. I did not risk using it.

Location was great and the room was nice enough. The pillows were great. The staff I met were nice.

Didn’t like the area where my room was. It was loud. Like I spent most of my day trying to drown out the very loud conversations of the staff in the next room. Thankfully I was only there for two nights as I was temped to ask to be moved. I also called guest services multiple times to get more coffee pods as I was directed to do by the cleaning staff when I asked if I could have a coffee pod from their cart and no one would pick up and no one was manning the desk. My sheets and pillow cases were stained. And the room was just a bit gross cosmetically—like gross stains on the wall. Also the air con was great when it was hot but it couldn’t be controlled so the room got very cold.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, spacious and had a lovely aroma. We asked for a room on one of the lower floors and were given a bedroom on the 2nd floor which was great. Our bedroom was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly even when it was busy nothing was too much trouble. The hotel offered a huge selection of foods for breakfast and certainly what we ate was hot and delicious. The hotel is perfectly situated for the Utilita Arena which is just a few minutes walk and the purpose of our visit

The hotel was one of the most expensive in the area on this weekend but chosen particularly for location a which it lived up too. Breakfast is not included in the price. There is on sight parking with ample spaces, however the car park is also open to the public with hotel guests are not prioritised spaces. Guests are also expected to pay for parking. If I could make a suggestion it would be for the parking to be for hotel guests only or for guests to be reimbursed for their parking. Also for breakfast to be in included in the price

Easy to find, great on site parking at a reasonable price £18 for the stay. Great facilities on site and clean. Check in was straight forward. The hotel was full mainly due to a concert and I think most people staying there were attending concert. There is a pub with a lovely large garden 100 yards away with cheap drinks. Utilita arena is 10 minute walk away and it’s a lovely walk along the canal with loads of restaurants. Had the best Indian meal of my life at a restaurant practically opposite hotel. Facilities in room really good, great shower and comfy large bed. We were on top floor so good views. Because hotel was full, there are 4 lifts and this got crowded at times and delayed. Breakfast was fabulous! Such an array of choices and all cooked and presented well. Will certainly set you up for the day! All in all a fantastic place to stay and perfect for concert. Would stay again

It was perfect for what we wanted, no quibbles.
