Very convenient location for beach, piers, prom, pubs, shops, public transport. Privacy associated with staffless check in procedure. Modern décor. New TV. Free WiFi. Ensuite a good size and modern. Clean & presentable. Tea/coffee making. Bed comfortable. Superb value for money on Bank Holiday night. Nice & quiet for its south central location. Communal areas tastefully decorated. Impressed overall considering the price paid included an ensuite. Worthy of the deluxe single room status.

Minor criticisms that would not deter me from returning. Automated check in rather impersonal and no notification of it. Ensuite shower fittings broken. Heavily frosted bathroom style window pane makes the room feel a little claustrophobic.

The whole place was beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and very well laid out. Dressing table, side table and 2 chairs and the most comfortable bed. There was also a wall hanger type shelf with hangers to hang up clothing. There was also a kettle , a Tassimo coffee machine with pods and tea , coffee and sugar. Free on street parking was difficult to get but there was a small NCP car park right facing which cost £15 for 24hrs. Would definitely recommend and return in the future 😃

There had been a leak from an upstairs room. I'd read about it in a previous review so was disappointed it hadn't been fixed yet or at least covered over.

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

No bar and struggled to drop key back at checkout as nobody about and didn’t pick up phone numbers given.

Location side street off promenade beach sea view. The Hotel was l9cated 2 hotels down from prom. Good location. Tram nearby. Parking ok. Room had kettle tea and coffee and milk. Real coffee machine. Very clean. Bathroom very clean. Central heating good. Whole hotel clean. TV in room. Comfortable beds. Clean sheets and towels. Bath and shower. Soap. Really good value.

Would have loved curtains as well as blinds in rooms.

Spacious room, we got a very good room rate so excellent value, coffee machine, comfortable beds, nice details like nice headboards to make it feel more upmarket, nice big windows with lots of light, chairs in room, tv, free on road parking outside if you can get a space which we did!

Seemed half finished, but looks like it's recently renovated. The bar wasn't ready (could see through the window it's still a building site). The bathroom was basic and again seemed half finished but still served its purpose (no shower only a bath). Windows seemed dirty and lots of condensation, but they were cleaned while we were there so guess its just the sea air! About a 20 minute walk to the tower. No breakfast.

We was surprised and lucky at how clean and how nice the hotel was inside the rooms as the hotel had a refurbishment probably one of the best hotels we stayed in we absolutely loved the big comfy beds it even had a coffee machine in one of the rooms which was a bonus we enjoyed the view of the beach from our rooms too we don't really have a bad word too say about the hotel if I'm honest definitely will be back for sure and deffo worth the money 😊

No parking spaces

clean tidy and comfortable. self check in no problems or confusion also free parking close to the hotel but limited space however there is another car park over the road with fair prices. The location is pretty good and only a little walk to the centre. There is also a little cafe on the corner which serves a delicious breakfast and lots more on the menue.

I can honestly say there's nothing I didn't like about this hotel or staff.

The room was lovely clean and very comfortable The room was massive and even had a bath also we got a sea view for 14 for the night I was very impressed will defo be booking again

The overwhelming smell of dog in the hall as soon as your walk in but not in the room and it's all self check In and out so didn't get to meet the owner but other than that which is miner there's nothing at all I could fault with this hotel will defo book again

Luxe hotel was excellent value for money ,clean throughout the building and in the room .very clean bedding and bed was very comfortable . Nice hot shower in a spacious bathroom .overall a really nice modern hotel .I would 100% stay here again .
