Convenient location for beach shops fast food piers prom public transport and tower. Pleasant décor. Modern facilities. Clean bedding. Good standard of housekeeping. Free WiFi, strong signal. Large en-suite. Good sized room. Quiet at night. Felt safe and comfortable.

Property location was perfect and the check in process was very fast. Rooms were a good size. Tv & WiFi worked perfect. Good nights sleep.

First of all I didn’t like the fact the boss lady had dogs that stank the whole communal area out of dog, it was not inviting when you walked in even though you couldn’t smell a thing in your room. Don’t like that the property had scaffolding around, don’t seem to be any works taking place either. Windows were quite dirty, bedding didn’t look the best looked like they had just made the beds, need to be ironed and room wasn’t cleaned the best, didn’t feel clean when you walked in and I had to ask for new bedding as there were stains in the bedding. Just needs attention to detail and it would be fine.

Very convenient location for beach, piers, prom, pubs, shops, public transport. Privacy associated with staffless check in procedure. Modern décor. New TV. Free WiFi. Ensuite a good size and modern. Clean & presentable. Tea/coffee making. Bed comfortable. Superb value for money on Bank Holiday night. Nice & quiet for its south central location. Communal areas tastefully decorated. Impressed overall considering the price paid included an ensuite. Worthy of the deluxe single room status.

Minor criticisms that would not deter me from returning. Automated check in rather impersonal and no notification of it. Ensuite shower fittings broken. Heavily frosted bathroom style window pane makes the room feel a little claustrophobic.

The Luxe Hotel is like a home from home, it stands out just from the outside and looks like the posh expensive and most expensive hotel around but unbelievably it’s one of cheapest if you book in advance 🤷 I’ve stayed here before with my partner for a little break away, but as I also work away from home I will book this place whenever I am in the area

I have nothing I can fault

The whole place was beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and very well laid out. Dressing table, side table and 2 chairs and the most comfortable bed. There was also a wall hanger type shelf with hangers to hang up clothing. There was also a kettle , a Tassimo coffee machine with pods and tea , coffee and sugar. Free on street parking was difficult to get but there was a small NCP car park right facing which cost £15 for 24hrs. Would definitely recommend and return in the future 😃

There had been a leak from an upstairs room. I'd read about it in a previous review so was disappointed it hadn't been fixed yet or at least covered over.

Location side street off promenade beach sea view. The Hotel was l9cated 2 hotels down from prom. Good location. Tram nearby. Parking ok. Room had kettle tea and coffee and milk. Real coffee machine. Very clean. Bathroom very clean. Central heating good. Whole hotel clean. TV in room. Comfortable beds. Clean sheets and towels. Bath and shower. Soap. Really good value.

Would have loved curtains as well as blinds in rooms.

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

No bar and struggled to drop key back at checkout as nobody about and didn’t pick up phone numbers given.

A little basic.decor needs updating. There are signs of improvements.scaffolding at front etc.no problem.There is a smell in the entrance but not in room.but for the price it's well worth it.would go back.if you want luxury then pay more than double.

The drain plug to the shower could have done with a better clean Would be better if the staff greated you once you arrived as had to message the owner as couldn't enter property at first as no one was there but apart from the minor faults it was a great hotel right next to the beach would definitely come again

Spacious room, we got a very good room rate so excellent value, coffee machine, comfortable beds, nice details like nice headboards to make it feel more upmarket, nice big windows with lots of light, chairs in room, tv, free on road parking outside if you can get a space which we did!

Seemed half finished, but looks like it's recently renovated. The bar wasn't ready (could see through the window it's still a building site). The bathroom was basic and again seemed half finished but still served its purpose (no shower only a bath). Windows seemed dirty and lots of condensation, but they were cleaned while we were there so guess its just the sea air! About a 20 minute walk to the tower. No breakfast.
