Was 100 times better than pictures I think they will e updating I believe because I got. There I didn’t want to leave. Plus the staff were. So lovely I felt so comfortable where. I was staying and. When interacting with staff they were professional attentive which made it feel even more comfortable.. I was running late from check out time, I think only person went to pop by was cleaner who was polite and said. No problem amazing just what I needed I would defo recommend.. Thanks guys Ps I shall be back for soul foods days sat and Sunday I believe. See you soon hehe

few concerns in both bedrooms a bedside lamp would have been nice in bedroom 1 because it was very dark when got up in the night to use bathroom and light switch far away from bed bedroom 30 would benefit from a chest of drawers to put clothes in because only a few hangers and no where for underwear or night wear ? both bathrooms were small and the water in the showers was difficult to get to a suitable temperature ?

The location was excellent right across from the beach and 5 minutes from pier. Spacious Room and bed comfortable with lovely sea view. Gorgeous pictures on wall made it feel homely. The included breakfast gave added value for money. Staff friendly

Difficult with the layout of the room but the shower was a little difficult to get in and out as a very small cubicle. Water from tap had a sticker that not drinkable, not ideal for someone who doesn’t drink tea or coffee supplied in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel, and I can confidently say it was a good experience! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel right at home. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or a short weekend trip.

Staff superb, friendly, welcoming, always someone around. The view is stunning! The beds are comfortable and rooms spacious, nice complementary tea tray, ple ty of hangers and room for bits and bobs. Extension lead right next to the bed was really appreciated. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked. Extra heater in room just incase. All in all for the price excellent value.

Shower was a bit tight but nothing major, I'm a bigger girl and I managed, for someone average size I'm sure It would be fine.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was big and spacious, bigger than expected. The breakfast was excellent and the space was set out really well. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Only thing I can think of is maybe be ideal for a little mini fridge in the room. But this isn't a necessity.

It had a good atmosphere,clean and in a good area within walking distance to the beach breakfast was very tasty and having live music and a dj of an evening was very good.

Getting into the shower was difficult due to the position of the hand basin. No drinking water in the room so maybe leave a couple of bottles of water with the teas and coffees. Being able to watch TV in the room was difficult as the Alexa kept stopping.

Easy to find and right on the sea front. Big rooms with plenty of space. The 2 girls working the reception were super friendly and the breakfast was just what I needed after a nights drinking around Clacton.

The car park is a bit tight and the shower water pressure !! But as I was on the top floor I understand that can’t be helped.

Was amazing, very clean, rooms large, great sea view, everything you need in this wonderful hotel. Staff so welcoming, nothing was too much to ask. Food was excellent. Breakfast was lovely, had goat curry fantastic, if you smoke to sit outside watching the beach is beautiful. My daughter and I will highly recommend this stunning ,amazing hotel

Nothing, as stated everything was perfect.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. A previous guest had lost the room key, and we were early but the receptionist kindly let us into our room earlier than the designated check in time and nipped out to get a key cut for us. I also needed an iron, and one was kindly provided. The decor was lovely and clean and bright. The room was also clean, bright and spacious with a great sea view. Breakfast was top notch. Hot and freshly made. Sausage, bacon, egg, beans, cereal, toast, orange and apple juice, tea and coffee. Perfect to start the day on. They also have an in house fish and chip shop which you can either takeaway or eat in the hotel restaurant which we did.
