The room was in the Garden section. It was a big room, had the normal things you would find in a Hilton room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I find it incredible that Cobham Hilton which is in a very spacious area and has a big car park, charges their guests to use their carpark?! The restaurant menu was quite limited for a Hilton. The food was ok. The Korean burger, was served on what seemed to be a side plate with fries in a separate bowl, not a lettuce leaf in sight. You had to order a salad as an extra. The steak main was nothing special for the price I paid. Safe to say that the evening meal was too expensive for what really was served.. On a sad note, the lovely olive trees outside the restaurant are dying as they are not watered...

It was a beautiful setting. The restaurant was modern & the food was really good. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the guy on reception who helped me with a problem with my room. The young man serving drinks in the bar was very helpful in finding me a quiet table to eat when the restaurant was busy. The staff at breakfast were lovely too!!

My room had no air conditioning & as it was the hottest day so far I nipped down to reception to let them know. There were renovations going on, so I was immediately moved to another level where the aircon was fine! I received a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. I found this level of customer service very helpful & reassuring. I do feel the rooms should have complimentary water bottle on the tray, which was quite sparse; no sweet treats & not sure about the coffee bags either, but that’s just me being fussy. I really think that when you’re staying overnight, the car parking fee is a bit much!! Im still waiting for an email confirmation of my bill which I was assured on check out would be sent.

The room with balcony was exceptionally clean. Staff in the restaurant very cheerful & helpful. I usually struggle to sleep in a strange bed but it was so comfortable & quiet I had no problem. Would revisit but not until the road works are finished

Hate to say this but I would advise anyone thinking of staying for a break to avoid until the road works are complete. On average it took 1 hour to travel 5miles. In fact it took 2 hours to travel 2 miles on the A3 on our final day. Exploring the area was just no fun

Bar and restaurant were well laid out. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Food was good and well presented. Staff on the whole were very pleasant.

The bedside tables had what looked like pull out draws but weren't unless I was not pulling hard enough. If you're staying for a while not a lot of storage space in the room. In the restaurant we paid up front and were challenged by a staff member to sign a receipt on leaving. He didn't seem to grasp that we had already paid. Even more disappointing was the fact that the staff member we paid was standing behind him and heard the conversation. However the food was fine and service was good. There is a fee for parking at £8 a night which while not expensive shouldn't be an extra.

Lovely grounds set back away from considerable traffic in the area. Clean, modern reception vestibule, well-staffed. Great superking bed and pillows. Spacious, soundproofed room, exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated with useful seating/storage and hair/make up areas, ample wardrobe hangers, steam iron, hairdryer and wall mounted flat screen TV. Very well designed bathroom too with a good shelf area for toiletries and walk in shower. Real milk capsules with the complimentary tea/coffee facilities. Long time since we've seen that! The breakfast selection and quality was amazing, all served in pleasant surroundings with very welcoming staff.

The only downside was the overnight parking charge of £8! Glad we didn't stay several nights. We have only experienced this once before in all our travels cross the UK. Otherwise this was the best hotel stay we've had in the UK via Booking.com

Checked in by Lorraine! Breath of fresh air! She was smiling and gave us a lot of information about the area too... She was very welcoming and set the tone for our amazing stay. All reception staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us! Our room was decorated impressively with a card, sweet treats, and rose petals on the bed❤️. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary, and that really made us really happy 😊 many thanks to Thomas Collins & your team! Outstanding! Breakfast was outstanding. We have stayed at over 30+ Hiltons before, and this hotel reminded us of the original Hiltons, not the Doubletrees, which are now hit or miss... The Seven Hills restaurant was amazing. Many thanks to the blonde young lady who did a lot for us... sorry I forgot your name! Our Room 223 was OUTSTANDING... the bed was huge, and it was immaculately clean. Well done, housekeeping team! I have dustmite allergies and slept well, indicating that the room was spotless. You have no idea how I appreciated this! Air-conditioning was also clean as I actually struggle to breathe if there is dust in there! The grounds are vast and are looked after immaculately, too. I took so many pictures and inspiration as we are redoing our garden! I noticed some guests walking their furry friends 🧡 On this occasion, we didn't manage to visit Livingwell, which is one of my favourites. We had too many activities booked in the area. However we are definitely coming back and bringing our boys too. Highly recommend Denbies Wine Estate for a day trip and Painshill Crystal Grotto. All at Hilton Cobham Surrey many thanks for sharing our special anniversary celebrations with us. Your efforts were greatly appreciated *****

The hotel is on the road with a school. Parents parking was inconsiderate, and they blocked our access for a while. The school needs to write a letter asking parents to be mindful of the hotel entrance. I would avoid school run times.

Hotel grounds lovely and we used them for our dog walking. Room very comfortable with a huge and very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen and all the staff very attentive and helpful

the main negative is that they have introduced a charge for parking for residents. The hotel has barriers at the entrance that pick up your car registration. The hotel can only be reached by car so this seems a money making exercise too far. Its currently £8 per day but why should people staying overnight also have to pay. We spoke to the staff on reception who , off the record, agreed that it was unfair, they had had several complaints, but didnt have a choice but to charge it and it had to be paid separately on a terminal in reception. £8 might not seem much but its the principle when you are already paying to stay in the hotel.

We've stayed overnight twice at the Cobham Hilton and both times have been excellent experiences. The bed was not only huge but also very comfortable. The shower was good. And the staff welcoming and responsiveness. We will happily stay again should we need to be in the area.

There could perhaps be better signage to the hotel from the roadworks around the A3. Expensive to add breakfast on the morning rather than choose the evening before.

Warm welcome, plenty of car parking too. Room as described, plenty big enough and a great shower, I prefer showers. Very comfortable bed so a great sleep, then breakfast. Had to ask how the mushrooms were cooked, they're terrific and black pudding to complete the full English line up. Must mention the staff, everyone so welcoming, polite and helpful without being intrusive.

The only negative is beyond the hotels control, and thats the roadworks accessing the hotel site. Hopefully they will be completed for my next visit.

Amazing service and facilities from beginning to end. Dawn on the front desk was outstanding, meeting all our requests without question. Every member of staff we encounter were so friendly and willing to help. They were patient with us, as we were traveling with 2 young children very accommodating to all our requests and needs. The hotel was immaculate and food was lovely, excellent breakfast selection. The lovely grounds made it an ideal area for the children to play and explore

A swimming pool would have topped our stay for myself and my grandsons.
