The staff were very welcoming , I booked a accessable room for my wife who is in a wheelchair, I had stopped at the hotel before about 9 months ago, remembering the room. I had which was the accessable room " , and had called the hotel previously and they made sure I got that room after booking it on booking,. Com, my wife loved it, as the bathroom is laid out perfectly, ,plenty of room carpet level with bathroom floor, easy access with wheelchair, seat on wall for my wife, plenty of towels, the bed just the right height for her wheelchair, transfers" ,tea making facilities, large TV on wall, ,lift within 10 yards, looked out onto car park,.At night if u have to use the toilet, there is a green glow in the bathroom,so u don't have to put the light on.. Breakfast was lovely, lots of variety, breakfast bar area from fresh fruit to hot meals. Had a few beers on the Saturday night lovely Lager, called Camden town.

Great location. Went for a couple of days to see family and football. Just a short walk to the railway station and a 15 minute walk to the main shopping mall. Depends on how quick you walk I guess. A 10 minute walk to the football ground. Place was clean and staff helpful. Hot water came through very quickly in the room and once worked out how to use the shower felt pressure was fairly good. Breakfast was a fair amount of offerings in a buffet arrangement. Bed comfy and TV worked well with a good picture and no complicated methods to access the stations. Kettle was fairly quick and there was a range of teas and coffee available.

There was a couple of very drunk people in the lounge on the Friday night so I didn't stay and spend money there although this isn't the fault of the hotel.

Perfect locstuon for our needs, 2 minutes from the station and the bus stop for Download's shuttle buses. The staff were lovely and teally looked after everyone.

The mattresses were very thin, if you like a sodt bed then you may not be comfortable. The fire alarm went off at 5:45am due to a fault and didn't wake up my friend, not sure if the siren and lights were working The construction work which started up around us in reception just after breakfast, the noise and dust landing on us from holes being cut into the ceiling was unacceptable but the builder didn't give a monkey's.

Good range breakfast from continental to traditional english (long duration of service), not used but comfortable layout, bar area, music to a background level, ample yet parking must be paid, massive room, lots of sockets, tv, and tea/coffee, lots of towels, AC. Lifts and gym is available. Easy check-in/out procedure, close to city centre. Excellent price.

Sauna was unavailable even though website says it is open (not biggest issue), but one reason I chose the hotel. Have to pay for parking.

The room.was clean beds comfy bathroom brilliant value for money brilliant checkout time .

All staff brilliant except one who was telling me at around midnight after an event I attended that I had not paid for the room yet I explained I had paid I showed her on my phone the proof I had paid but she was trying to tell me I couldn't have the room as I had not paid saying my card hasn't been accepted by booking .com even though I showed proof I said this is a problem between booking .com and the hotel not me luckily after around 20 minutes a gentleman very nice person by the way sorted this for me otherwise I wouldn't of had my room to stay in.

The room was small and basic but had everything you needed. Shower was great, love the long mirror, bed was hard but comfortable. The community feel downstairs at the bar was much appreciated! Great for a drink and a game of pool. Area was great and had everything you'd need for food and shopping.

Unfortunately the spa facilities were not available to use during our stay. The bed was really low. Rooms were absolutely basic bare = No fridge. No in-room hotel information. One pillow, one towel, one tea bag etc. per person. But I guess that's what you pay for! Staff were accommodating with requests.

Location ideal for football stadium, within easy walking distance. Hotel clean, obviously had been refurbed.

Common complaint with hotels - no light over mirror for doing make-up, ideally need dressing table/desk with seat and light. Cannot use mirror in bathroom for it as it gets steamed up, and other person is usually in the bathroom when I need to do my make-up. There was no extractor fan in bathroom either. Breakfast could have been hotter. Poor choice on the second day (Sunday) when less people were staying there. No info in the room - e.g. menu for hotel dining room. In fact when booking on booking.com there was nothing to say the hotel did evening meals (despite me looking for it) so we assumed it didn't and had booked table elsewhere.

I'd just like to say after being let down by another hotel, this hotel exceeded every expectation I had with the price being soo reasonable for a twin room (rare). From arriving at the hotel the staff were very nice on the front desk and welcoming. The beds of this hotel are probably the comfiest I've slept in. Shower big and very clean.

It would be ideal if train station was open as had to walk all way around not ideal when soo late and maybe a good idea to work with the train station to have card for barrier that scans to say were guests.

The room was a standard double room to what you would expect it was clean and had a modern feel to it. To be honest my first impression of the bed looked a little low and that it didn't look comfortable, but I take that back! It was very comfortable, and I had a very good night sleep. The Breakfast was fine, seating was readily available, the selection of food was good, the hot food was a little colder than I would have liked but it was still edible. We didn't use the bar so I'm not able to comment on this.

As soon as we walked through the door, we were wowed by this hotel! Great food and range of drinks on offer. Comfy bar area with fab decor. Amazing spread for breakfast with so much on offer!

Wasn't so keen on having to pay extra for parking (although was given 2 nights for the price of one as we're leaving the venue later on our departure date), or paying the same price for breakfast for my 15 yr old as me (she certainly doesn't have a big enough appetite to be paying adult prices). Would have liked fried eggs and tomatoes on offer at breakfast (fussy, I know!).
