Fantastic customer service. We had booked several rooms for one night and decided we needed an additional night. We had many requirements due to accessibility. With phone calls and emails their responses were timely with reassurance and the hotel were amazing at accommodating these. Staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were caring throughout our stay.

Everything about our stay was just brilliant.

The whole stay was brilliant - we went for a sports tournament and although the hotel was a bit out of the way taxis and ubers were accessible so we had zero issues getting around. The stay was brilliant and I would recommend it to any regardless of whether they are going for work, holiday, just passing through... it was excellent.

The price of the breakfast put us off being fixed and we went to a lovely cafe in the countryside, but would have stayed if you could have a choice to buy different items or a lower fixed price.

Awful dinner in room. Good service but terrible lasagne dish and not good scampi........ cheap ingredients... very shove it in the microwave and put on plate. Nothing else about the stay was awful.1

We were disappointed that the sheet did not fit the mattress very well. There was so little to tuck in that it slid about through the night.. a pet hate of mine sadly

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Room was spacious and had a safe, cooler type fridge and a decent hairdryer.

The food and drink is expensive and the hotel isn't located near anything eg a pub, shop etc

The room was light and airy and well equipped. It was also clean and did not feel 'dated' or in need of decoration. The bed was firm but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was more than adequately stocked and constantly being re-stocked as required. The choice for both continental and hot breakfasts was really good, varied and appetising.

The carpets in the communal areas appear to be in need of up-dating or cleaning. The decoration generally though was of a good to high standard and the rooms attractive and comfortable as you would expect of a Novotel. Check in was fine but the person who checked us in was not terribly welcoming and we suspected might be a trainee and therefore still learning how to operate systems while interacting with quests ? There was no information in the room about the hotel facilities, meal times etc. It is supposed to be on a welcoming screen when you turn on the TV but there is very little information (Reception and Restaurants - and no phone numbers) and no indication how you access the TV data ! A brief fold out card of hotel information would be very useful.

Stunning value for money. Huge room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, trusted brand. Exactly what was need to split the journey to get some well needed rest. Happily worked from the room in the morning, plenty of natural light, no pressure on time.

Excellent staff on arrive, friendly and welcoming. Happy to listen. Room was spotless and had sufficient towels and tea/coffees etc. Beds were very comfy, room was excellent for the price paid.
