Staff and management were amazing, Partner woke up with medical issues and the staff from housekeeping all the way up to management were so helpful and kind making sure she was okay, offering any assistance they could. Multiple members of the team even came back later to make sure she was okay. We were even offered a later check out just so she could have time to rest and get well enough for the journey home. Extremely happy with how we were treated, I have stayed here before and I definitely will stay here again :)))

We spent 3 nights there while attending Download Festival. The bed was lovely and firm, so really comfortable. It was nice and quiet, considering there's a relatively busy road nearby. Nice and clean too with a lovely view, as we were at the back. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. On our first morning there, we were asked if we wanted poached or fried eggs with our cooked breakfast.

There was only one plug socket on one side of the bed. Both sides would be more useful. We weren't offered a choice of eggs on the other two mornings, as there was no staff on the counter. No black pudding either.

The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was beautiful and clean. Lovely clean toilet and shower-room - a bonus that they were separate, given the amount of time my husband spends in the shower !! Will definitely use again, and would highly recommend.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the breakfast. I like my food to be hot - and it was just warm. The quality and choice were good - just the temperature that was lacking. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. Choices were pretty limited and I got the distinct impression that the food was microwaved!! If I’m wrong - I apologise. But that was my impression. Although we will stay there again, we will go out to eat.

The breakfast was lovely. Eggs cooked to order and a wide variety of items from buffet. Friendly staff. Very clean. Very welcoming foyer and reception. Plenty of free parking. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Wifi was great. There's a restaurant but we didn't use it. The bar is good for an evening drink. For us the location was perfect as we were visiting family nearby. It's a about half hour drive into the city. Very affordable price for our room with breakfast. I will definately stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel many years ago. Walking back in you could see it's be refurbished. Ideal location for what we wanted (visiting family nearby) as it was within walking distance. Great place (just off the M1) to visit other parts of the area easily. Would definately stay again.

Breakfast was a typical buffet style so a bit cold by the time we got to it. However that wouldn't stop me having it again, I'd just make sure I'm there a bit earlier and if need be ask staff for warmer food - we were in a hurry!

Clean and spacious, plenty of free parking, good breakfasts, comfortable bed, and really lovely friendly helpful and professional staff. Celia and Lana made me and my friends feel so welcome. The cleaners including Sally were all brilliant. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more and will definitely stay here again when I come to Nottingham. Thank you!

A towel rail would have been helpful.

Fantastic customer service. We had booked several rooms for one night and decided we needed an additional night. We had many requirements due to accessibility. With phone calls and emails their responses were timely with reassurance and the hotel were amazing at accommodating these. Staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were caring throughout our stay.

Everything about our stay was just brilliant.

Ample sized room with facilities to make drinks. Fridge also in room which came in handy our stay was during the June heatwave. Nothing too much trouble for staff - staff changes throughout our stay - friendliness and helpfulness was constant.

Only realised we had air conditioning when the cleaner came in and put it on for us, it was kind of out of sight. But very much appreciated it being left on for when we came back in from sightseeing.

Easy parking Easy check in Cute kids area - this was so welcoming and made us feel the hotel was instantly kids friendly so didn’t feel like we had to apologise for them making noise. Staff friendly and helpful - especially for grabbing milk for us for our little one and breakfast staff made us feel reassured we weren’t a nuisance Very clean - all around the hotel! Family room perfect for our needs Food was excellent
