We really enjoyed our brief stay at The Old Dairy B&B. Our room was extremely comfortable and welcoming. The shower room and toilet were well-appointed. Everywhere in The Old Dairy is notable for cleanliness and good taste in the furnishings and decor, which is not always the case! Den's welcome was warm and friendly, and his offer of tea and lemon drizzle cake was immediately taken up by us, and did not disappoint. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and delicious. If only every B&B adhered to these high standards, trips would be so much more stress free! Thank you Den for looking after us.

Property was very easy to find and in a quiet location. Walking distance to 3 pubs! We were made to feel very welcome by Den. Our room was lovely, spotless and absolutely everything had been thought of. We had the room with the bathroom opposite which was completely fine. Shower and toiletries were great. Breakfast - wow. I don’t eat full English’s but I did here and it was amazing, we both cleared our plate! We didn’t eat again until the evening!! Den was very accommodating as we needed our breakfast early, not a problem at all. It was also amazing to have proper coffee. I have absolutely nothing negative or even slightly negative to say about this place! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This property is outstanding. We really enjoyed our five days here. Din is a fabulous host and an incredible cook. He asks you what you would like for breakfast then provides it. The whole vibe of the place is very welcoming. It's a short walk to the stunning village of Lympstone. Parking was very easy. We were very close to Exmouth which we wanted to explore as well as other villages close by. Plenty of hot water and lovely bathroom products.
Everything was perfect.

We wished we were staying here for the remainder of our time in and around Exmouth, it was so quiet and comfortable. We were welcomed with a beautiful slice of lemon drizzle and tea, a much needed refreshment after our journey. Den and Jules seem to have thought about everything you could need, and nothing was too much trouble. The area itself is quiet and very pretty. Just a short walk away was the heart of Lympstone, which gave spectacular sunset views over the estuary and a pub, The Swan Inn, which served great food and was recommended by our hosts. It was a perfect stay!

Comfortable, spacious, and immaculately clean. Huge bed, and we really loved having a comfortable sofa in the room. Breakfast was excellent - the best we've had anywhere, with fresh fruit salad & yoghurt & full English if required. Den is a wonderful host. Easy parking and great location - Lympstone is a beautiful coastal village with excellent eateries within easy walking distance.
The exit onto a busy road is tricky at busy times.

Being greeted with tea and lemon drizzle cake set the tone for a wonderful convivial stay. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, very good for relaxing after lengthy walks. Everything was spotlessly clean. Den's breakfasts were excellent , cooked exactly as requested and a welcome start to each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fully intend to return in the future.
There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful room, very clean, great facilities and breakfast was very good quality. We were eating at the River Exe Cafe and this was a 10 min car journey for us which was perfect.
No real negatives but you do have to select your breakfast when arriving and as we checked in early (and this was really helpful for us so not complaining about that!) it did mean selecting what we wanted to eat at 1pm which we weren’t really ready for. But this was a minor point and it was worth it as it really was delicious

We spent three nights at The Old Dairy B&B. Den gave us a very warm welcome and we had tea and cake in the conservatory. Our room was very large, with a comfy sofa, a very comfortable bed and a lovely shower room. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were delicious (especially the scrambled eggs!) I would thoroughly recommend this lovely property.
Everything was perfect

Our stay at The Old Dairy B&B was superb! Den, the owner of the property, meet us on arrival and welcomed us like we were part of the family. Den also, before we even arrived, phoned myself to make sure if there were any special dietary requirements or if we needed any other assistance during our stay. He even took the time out of his day to make us coffee which we had in the conservatory and offered us lemon drizzle cake upon arrival. The room was impeccable and finished to the very highest of standards! The beds were super comfortable and everything was so well laid out, it felt like home from home. The location for us was superb with private parking and the property and scenery was outstanding. If you like a quiet and relaxing place to stay, this is the place to be.
There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at The Old Dairy B&B. A first class experience all-round!!

The gentleman went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and was able to give us information we needed about the area. The room was lovely, very spacious and clean. I would certainly recommend The Old Dairy.
There was nothing we didn't like about The Old Dairy or facilities, but the signpost to it from the main road is easy to miss. The place itself is set back from the road and not visible as you drive by, so you are relying on the signpost. It would be helpful if it could be higher up, but it may not be possible as it would be on the wall of someone's house!
