I stayed at the hotel for one night but had to phone a couple of times before my arrival to confirm that I would be later than anticipated and that I couldn't find the hotel even though I was in the vicinity. On both occasions the receptionist / manager who took the call (sorry, didn't ask her name!) was friendly and helpful. On arrival it was too late for me to go into Fraserburgh or have a meal at the hotel but a local chippy was recommended by the manager and I brought my grub back to eat in the bar and had a friendly chat with a fellow guest and the same manager before retiring to bed. I got lost (only had one pint!) and the manager saw this and directed me safely to my room! The room was adequate for a one night stay, the bed was comfy and the shower was good. There is ample car parking space available. All-in-all a most pleasant stay. Thank you.

The toilet cistern took a very long time to fill up following a flush and when I mentioned this on the way out a second receptionist / manager explained that this was because my room (number 8) was the furthest away plumbing-wise which makes sense. The shower wasn't adversely affected though.

I love Findlays - it’s easy to find and near my grandchildren. It’s my home from home in Fraserburgh. I like having the freedom to come and go as I please without having to wait for reception. The location is perfect for me. The rooms are spotless abc the welcome is warm every time.

Good large sized double room. Very clean and comfortable. Just what I needed for one night stay on route through Fraserburgh. Good value for what I paid. Didn’t eat here or have breakfast but had a great nights sleep after long days ride on motorcycle. Bonus was being able to park bike securely right out front of hotel in their private car park. Would definitely use again.

The staff were very pleasant and helped with any questions asked of them. Evening dinner was very tasty and plentiful. Location was very good for my needs.

The only downsides I found was that Breakfast was not available, and if you wanted to leave the hotel before 10.00a.m. or enter after 10.00p.m.you had to use the fire escape which was at the rear of the hotel meaning you had to walk around the building to reach the car park and roadway. I have many doubts that this is legal, if there was a fire near to the fire escape there was no other exit as all the interior doors to the reception and front exit were locked between 10.00 p.m.and 10.00 a.m.

I stayed here earlier this year and was pleased with the place so rebooked for this one night stay. I didn't have breakfast this time as I was leaving before breakfast opened but they did offer me a breakfast bag if I had wanted one. I didn't as I planned to stop later to eat. All in all a nice place to stay that is easy to find.

The property was really well located with a big car park. The rooms were immaculate and had plenty of room. Comfy bed and good pressure on the shower. It's everything you need. Wifi was good to work from and a plug point beside the bed. Service from the team was friendly and personable. All round good experience.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast and dinner were huge. Emma and her staff were exceptional, everyone of them.

The hotel is closed during the day but we had a key to get in at a separate door . If we go up that way again we would stay there again.

Stayed one night, is a little out of town centre but I knew this when I booked so not an issue. There is a small Morrisons next door which is convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable though slightly dated now but were what I needed for my stay.

Really friendly and helpful staff, very well laid out room, comfortable and quiet. Well sited and the restaurant is excellent. I have stayed here three times before!

Being at the end of the line the water took a long time to heat up and the wifi was weak but overall no problems

Never had breakfast as I don't eat breakfast. But the staff were great .they could not do enough to help very friendly. And the shower was the best I have ever used in any hotel. And I will be going back

I have no complaints. Apart from the weather but that is no fault of the hotel excellent
