Really lovely little inn, stafff were super friendly and nice. Gave us some helpful info about the event we were going too, it was lovely and clean, such a cute little place! Also the food smelt amazing! The room was spacious and clean and the location was beautiful! The shower has great pressure and spacious bathroom. Would absolutely come back to stay again!

The bed wasn't the most comfiest, it was a bit hard. I prefer softer! The walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy neighbors you will hear them. Phone signal isn't the best in the area, but you are in a lovely green countryside! It has free wifi so that does help with the lack of signal

Friendly staff who were very helpful. Great food - I had a fish curry for dinner. Comfortable rooms, including the bed. Decent shower. Location is great. I ran in the morning and felt safe on the country lanes. There is a Cross Fit centre next door, and that has a field you can run around. Also good and safe.

I couldn't leave the window open when I was out or sleeping, as I was on the ground floor and the window opened fully. I didn't feel safe as a single female. Also, there was no way to lock the window. Not being able to open the window on a warm night wasn't great, and it impacted my sleep. Personally, I don't like shower curtains! A shower screen would be nicer and more hygienic.

The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Good free parking available.

There is free Wifi but it is no use if there is nothing in the room giving the WifI password. We checked-in in the afternoon and then left, coming back late at night when there was no-one about so had no WiFi. Guests should not need to leave their room to ask for the WiFi password so it would be an improvement if the Wifi password was left in the room.

Our room was very clean and tidy, and there was tea and coffee available to make in our room. The beds were comfortable, but for us the pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable, which is often the case these days. There was both a shower and bath, which was a bonus, and lots of hot water, once we had worked out how to use the shower. It would have been helpful to have had a bit of guidance on this one! Breakfast wasn’t included in the price, but we did have and pay for a breakfast on both days that we stayed. The full English was lovely, and good value for money. If we had to visit relatives again, in this area we would use the Heath Inn again

The only comment I would make is that the room could have had a larger Television, as the TV in our room was that small that you couldn’t read the Menu guide easily. You had to move much nearer the screen, to read what was on.

A warm welcome at the bar to check in and very kindly we were shown to our room which was recently refurbished in a lovely style and very clean and beautifully presented. Towels were white and fluffy, beds and pillows very comfy. Quality furnishings and a hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee. Everything was perfect and we felt very looked after. We had a light meal in the restaurant which was excellent with great service. We did not have breakfast as we were leaving early.

Great location for us, ample parking, good sized rooms, lots of out door seating. Friendly reception, clean beds and tea and coffee in rooms.

The property description doesn’t mention that it’s now an Indian restaurants and there was an overwhelming smell of Indian food throughout the rooms. There was also no one at the desk to check out and no where to leave the keys and after waiting a while we ended up having to write a note and leaving the keys on the reception. Only 1 empty plug socket in a twin room. Also as a note for the owners the boiler in room 5 is super noisy and would randomly come on during the day and night

A lovely room, large and roomy. All the linen and towels smelt freshly laundered. Very clean in the room and throughout the accommodation. Didn't try any food although we did notice there was alot of Indian dishes on offer. Ok if you like Indian food but not many other foods available.

We both felt like the staff were not very welcoming and didn't want to interact with guests. They always seemed to be huddled around a computer screen trying to sort out orders or something else. Not sure why but I may be wrong in my assumption. This was a step back in time for me as I spent alot of my childhood in this area and a little disappointed as to what it has become.

The room was comfortable and clean and the shower was really powerful, which was great. The restaurant food was lovely, and they made sure we were on a table that allowed our dogs to be out of the way. All of the staff that we met were polite and helpful.

Really cheap loo roll! We would bring our own next time!

Good value for money ,clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the ease of access with plain old keys for both access from outside and to the room. Check in& out very simple . Plenty of car parking available. Restaurant bar on site but didn’t get to use on this visit.

The only negative item we had was around the extractor fan in the bathroom which was quite noisy. There was also a cupboard with some electrical hiss. Neither was really an issue but the review asks for something we didn’t like.

The staff were very cheerful and helpful, even trying to change our room to one that might have been quieter. Sadly, it was still very loud. They were very apologetic, but unfortunately, we were still overtired, and this impacted the first day of our holiday

Unfortunately, we weren't informed until our arrival that a birthday party had been booked at the venue. We'd booked The Heath Inn as we wanted to eat, watch the rugby and then get an early night as we had a 0330 start on Sunday morning to catch a flight from Luton. The disco at the birthday party finished at midnight, meaning we were all overtired for our flight and the start of our holiday break. The staff did try to compensate by giving us a round of drinks. Also, another reason for picking the venue was that they advertised real ale. On arrival, they had one beer on, and that had gone off.
