room needs bit of care. Air conditioning becomes a essential in UK so this option must consider. mattress quality is not great. Difficult to get sleep. no extra pillows available. hotel should offer complimentary water bottles to their guests especially in hot weather season. parking is reasonable but I parked extra 4 hours so I have to pay extra £12 which I think its not fair with guest. location is great, area is quite in evening. tube station (Chalk Farm) is less than 5 mins walk.
room without air conditioning. parking is too much. no water bottles available. no extra pillows available

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to Primrose Hill and within walking distance of several Underground stations, small cafe's and other facilities. The price is 100% worth the stay, especially given the location and time of year. If you're looking for an affordable 1 or 2 night stay at a central location, this hotel is definitely worth the money!
The rooms don't have airco and with warmer weather they tend to get hot. Opening windows and taking the fan of the gorund helps though, so wouldn't see this as too big of an issue, but it's good to keep it in mind

The room was fine, quiet, clean and comfortable; the mattress nicely firm. Location particularly convenient for us. Breakfast was plentiful and good value. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
In response to your email, as requested I wrote confirming our booking and, as a 'special need' l asked for extra blankets. The receptionist was unaware of my email and we had to ask him for (a) blanket; he produced one small one that wasn't 100% clean. On our first morning we assumed staff would empty rubbish bins, check and provide more toilet paper, and check and provide more sachets of milk, etc. We weren't out of the room till between 10.00 and 11.00 and the cleaner had apparently gone from our floor. The room wasn't checked and in the evening I had to request these items from the receptionist for the next day. They were provided.

Nice, quiet location. Pub ( The Washington), 3min walk away and restaurant down road from Pub plus Tesco Express. Had a pleasant stay, staff were polite and friendly. Room was good size, all good, no complaints. 20 min walk down to Roundhouse music venue, the purpose of my trip. Plenty of Pubs & eateries to choose from. Camden Town and market etc, just a further walk away. Good area with plenty of time to browse around shops & market. I would recommend this Hotel.
Leaving.

The hotel was good for the price paid. It was clean with many of the facilities you'[d expect from a 3 star hotel The hotel was in a quiet location 10 minutes from the tube and with bus stops dotted around
It would have been good if the hotel web sits made it clear how to get to the hotel form the tube and bus .It would also be good if the hotel could offer light meals/snacks during the day .Staff were a little pedantic about the booking procedure .Some travelers in fornt of us had to make a number of phone calls to get booking confirmed

The rooms are clean and tidy.. offering value for money. It is located on a quiet street. It's in a lovely nice area. It's very quiet inside of the property and the hallway, minimum noise from the other clients. Very nice and comfortable beds, The staff are very much friendly and helpful and attentive 👌 hassle free.
My stay was on Christmas Eve and Christmas day.. I missed having a Christmas day dinner on the 25/12/2024.. I WAS not asked about my dinner plans on 25/12 by the receptionist upon arrival.. Ps. I should have asked about the Christmas day dinner option at the reception on the 25/12/2024 ..

Location to Chalk Farm Tube Station, Camden Market. Upgraded rooms to Travelodge standard so great value for money. Parking at the hotel is limited so get there early and it's a tight squeeze so for bigger vehicles. Large vehicles be aware. The welcome was great and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. We didn't have breakfast because our previous experience many years ago was not good so I can't report on that. A short walk away is a wonderful cafe that do amazing food and we went there. My bed was a little hard, maybe because it was new though my partner said her bed was comfy. Overall, a great place to stay, 5mins walk to Chalk Farm Tube on the Northern line and only a couple of stops to central London. A great budget hotel, comfortable and clean.
Car parking a bit tricky and limited but that's no fault of the hotel due to. It's residential location.

I stayed several times here. This period style hotel takes me back to 60s, 70s. It is in a great location, with an amazing view of the whole London. Comfortable dining area. Personnel in this hotel is efficient and attentive, had no problems with booking and extending my trip. The rooms are clean and fresh. The cleaning is once in three days and on demand. I guess, that’s one of the things that lets to keep the price of the accommodation affordable. I find this hotel a great value for money and will definitely be coming back.

A little gem of a hotel quietly tucked in a leafy district with amenities and tube station a short walk away. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds, everything worked, licensed bar and comfortable surroundings.
The weather was warm during my visit which meant bedroom temperature was a little too warm and stuffy even with the window open - although an electric fan had been provided. It was the only drawback to a great stay.

Location was great for the event I needed to attend at the Roundhouse and Vanguard. Easy to get to by Tube. If I was there for pleasure rather than work, it’s also a great spot for getting to London Zoo, Primrose Hill, Camden Town on foot. The staff on the desk were polite, professional and welcoming. The room was quiet, neat and clean. I felt safe staying there on my own.
I couldn’t work out how to use the television! I only wanted to put the news and weather on in the morning but couldn’t figure it out so just played the radio on my phone. Directions for using the telly would have been helpful or just a telly that you turn on and goes straight to the usual terrestrial channels.
