The location was perfect only 4 mins away from Paddington station. On a nice road with trees, felt very safe even at night. Pretty quiet at night (no parties). The hotel room was very clean, and very friendly staff at the reception. The wifi worked. Beds very comfortable and on a softer side.

The bathroom's sink is way too small, should be at least twice the size. The sink tap was wobbly. There should be more hooks to hang your towels on. There were four of us and we were lacking the room to hang the towels. The room had little room to walk about. But these are just small details, we only came here to sleep over, so weren't staying here for long. I would definitely return for another short sleepover, but if you're looking for a 5* experience and comfort and if you're wanting to spend a lot of time on your room, then probably choose something else.

Excellente situation a Paddington et près de Hyde Park

The hotel had everything I needed for a couple of nights in London. Very good location for the price. The room was cosy and quiet for central London. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a moderate price and good location, who does not need a lot of services at the hotel but rather enjoys eating out and seeing the city.

I liked everything, but for someone else it might be worth noting, that the staircase to the upper floors is quite steep and narrow. Would ask for a room in lower floors, if there were any limitations with moving around. This is probably the same in many smaller London hotels.

We asked for a lower floor room and were given a lovely 12 ft x 12 ft ground floor room, warm, newly decorated in white and gold. The beds, pillow, carpet etc were spotless and there was lots of tea and coffee. There is a 24 hr reception and key card opens the front door and room door, which is handy.. and we asked them to put passports, cash and cards in safe so we didnt have to carry them whilst sightseeing. Lovely little 3 star hotel in midst of Paddington.

Really could not fault it was there with a family of 5 in the family room in the basement and was good, staff couldn't be any better so friendly and helpful with storing luggage for us after check out. Location is perfect, shops and Paddington station just around the corner and Hyde Park within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again next time in London great value for the location

I RATE THE LOCATION IN THIS HOTEL AS TRULY FORMIDABLE, BEING IN THE BEAUTIFUL WESTMINSTER PADDINGTON, JUST A STONE'S THROW FROM PADDINGTON STATION, HYDE PARK AND SERVED BY MULTIPLE UNDERGROUND LINES. MY ROOM WAS CLEAN, SMALL BUT COMPLETE WITH EVERYTHING AND THE QUALITY/PRICE RATIO WAS REALLY EXCELLENT, CONSIDERING THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. I WILL GLADLY RETURN!

I have the single room booked but the hotel administration changed it for a double one, which was very kind and helpful. The hotel has a excellent location in Paddington, too near to Paddington Station (Underground and Trains) and for Central Line (Lancester station), which makes you easy to move to all London! The personal was so kind and the room was so confortable and big. I would return next time!

Great location a very short walk from Paddington station, wifi worked awesome, staff were welcoming and friendly, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, we stayed in room 2 on the ground floor and the beds were comfy. Housekeeping came and made the bed, emptied the garbage, provided fresh towels, etc. everyday. 24 hour reception.

Bathroom is very small with no ventilation, however all the bathrooms in central London will be this way at this price so wasn’t a concern for us

This time i staid here i had a different room. The room and bathroom was very clean. I had a single bed, with a nice quality duvet. The heating was vey good , it was not already on for me when i went into my room. All the staff were very friendly. The location is very good it about 5 minuets walk from Paddington train station. I was facing onto Sussex Gardens main road and there was hardly any noise from the road. Nice hot running water, the shower was very good. Nice quality toilet paper (some places by cheap ones).

Great value for money, staff are very friendly and welcoming and available at all times. The hotel was also great, very comfy and quiet. Excellent location especially for Hyde park events which we walked to and from. Would deffinetly choose to stay at this hotel again if we travelled to London. Thanks again!
