This hotel is fabulous. The rooms are compact, but really well designed and super clean. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I was so surprised at how good it was for the price. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, in good condition and, most importantly, a great price. The room was basic but an absolutely ideal base for a busy weekend away with friends. Had just enough space and facilities to make our stay pleasant. Air con unit was really responsive as well so coped with the changing weather conditions perfectly.

Our only slight gripe was that one of our rooms wasn't ready when we went to check in 30 minutes after the check in time. The member of staff on the desk was very nice but there wasn't really a solution offered as one of the rooms was ready. I don't know what would have happened if we had only booked 1 room. Didn't spoil our stay though.

The room was lovely and clean. Had everything you needed and more. There was a number you could what’s app if you needed anything and they were quick to reply.

The service of food and drink downstairs was not up to standard. My partner asked for a beer- it wasn’t connected so we asked for Brooklyn one- came over and said ran out of that one. Finally got one and in completely the wrong glass. Guinness in a Brooklyn glass. Ordered at 9pm beef burger came over 15 mins later, no beef burger. Said they can do chicken burger, 45 minutes later we received our food. No apology was given. Then the burger came out in just a bun, no lettuce or anything. Chips also cold. (See photo) Nightmare! My drink was half full, hardly any vodka and little lemonade, had to ask for more. Also, on check in we asked for 2 key cards as back at different times. Said can only have 1 as running low but, loads on them in the box.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, though it came with an additional £15 charge. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Bethnal Green Underground station, which made getting around super convenient. The room size is suitable for two people. However, it lacked soundproofing, I could clearly hear the person in the room opposite talking on the phone at 7am, which was quite frustrating. On the plus side, the Wi-Fi was reasonably fast.

The room wasn’t soundproof, so I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms early in the morning, which disturbed my rest.

I really liked how cozy and clean the room was — it felt very comfortable and spacious for two people. The lobby was also lovely and inviting, with fresh drinking water available, which was a nice touch. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

What I didn’t like about our stay was being placed in a connecting room, as it was quite noisy from the other side. Unfortunately, there was no phone in the room, so we couldn’t contact reception right away. Additionally, there was a fire alarm around 11 a.m., which was quite disruptive and unpleasant.

Location: Absolute winner. Shoreditch is buzzing with life - great restaurants, quirky shops, and lively bars all around. I loved being able to walk to Bethnal Green tube station in just 2 minutes (Central line is a lifesaver). If you're up for a short walk, you've got Stepney Green and Whitechapel stations about 17 minutes away. I actually enjoyed hopping on the double-deckers for a more scenic route - great way to see the city! Room: I stayed in a premium queen room. It's small, I won't lie. Perfect for solo travelers, but with a partner might be a little too tight. If you're claustrophobic or need lots of space, you might struggle. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the USB ports everywhere - no fighting over who gets to charge their phone! The small window faces a petrol station, so don't expect breathtaking views. If you're staying more than a few days, definitely spring for a room with a window. Bathroom: The rainfall shower was a treat after long days of exploring, and the mirror didn't fog up even after hot showers. They provide nice toiletries too, even moisturizer, which was a pleasant surprise. Tech: If you're an Apple user, you'll love the Apple TV setup. I enjoyed being able to log into my Netflix account. Just a heads up - the TV is mounted pretty high, so binge-watching might give you a crick in the neck. Cleanliness: Housekeeping came daily, and I always had fresh towels.

Cleanliness: Upper shelves needs to be dusted still. Doors:The walls are fine, but you can hear everything in the corridor. Light sleepers, bring earplugs. Also, it's a cashless hotel, so make sure you're comfortable with that. Food: Can't comment as I didn't try it. Too many tempting options in Shoreditch!

Cheap, easy, right by the tube station but not a part of London for typical tourists. £35 by taxi from Soho. Unexpected touch - free nespresso in room.

The room was windowless and the bed touched on three sides but I knew that was why it was so cheap. Given this, it was very nice. Take a magnifying glass if you want heat or aircon as the remote controller is fixed to the wall and LCD display way too dark and small for my old eyes :)

Brilliant stay! We were welcomed by staff as soon as we arrived and were given a wonderful upgrade and party balloons to celebrate a special birthday. Our entire stay, staff were friendly and professional and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the facilities were great - excellent shower and very comfortable bed. View from the window was decent too.

The only thing I wasn't too impressed by was being told we would need to pay for an hour later checkout. My partner was ill on our last day and we needed an extra hour to help him get ready and give him medicine. When asking staff for an extra hour I was promptly told that we would need to pay £40 for this - we chose to not do this, of course.

Solid, consistent and affordable East end hotel. All the useless things from a room have been removed and you’re left with the fundamentals and core essentials to enjoy. Large, deep bed, decent shower and close to some wonderful restaurants behind the scenes.

You may get a neighbour who’s playing their music a little loud, having a girls conversation loudly on the phone or watching the latest blockbuster for the entire corridor to hear. You may have to get reception to tell them to keep it down. Sometimes they lack the self awareness but rarely happened after midnight.
