Everything was top notch. This is our 3rd or 4th family-stay in here and definitely won't be the last. Room was comfy, spacious, clean and silent. Reception was very friendly, quick and to the point. Wifi was working fine. TV channels were great comparing to competition. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable. The water pressure was great, and bathroom amenities were excellent. Loved it all!

If I must say something negative (although I really don't want to, because this is a great hotel), the breakfast may be a bit cheaper. £25 per person is a bit high in my view, comparing to an M&S English breakfast for £10.

It was a 3nights stay so the hotel was right in the middle of Westfield Stratford shopping centre. The train, bus, taxi were literally 3mins walk from the hotel reception. Very decent gym facility with a nice view of the London (West Ham) stadium. The guys at the concierge were always super helpful with keeping luggage, recommending nice dinning places and one of them was kind to weigh my bags when I was travelling back to my country. Didn’t pay for breakfast because I wanted the variety from the food court at the shopping centre. It was really perfect for my short stay.

It is very difficult for the Taxi to locate the hotel. The Taxi will have to stop at the Cow restaurant located on the road which is about 2mins walk to the hotel. When I arrived I had to call the hotel/concierge who were kind to come carry the luggage. Secondly the distance from Gatwick airport about 2hrs and Heathrow about 50mins/1hr (bear that in mind). Still would stay here again regardless

Stayed as part of our 35th Wedding Anniversary, great location for what we required, i.e. ABBA Voyage, and Westfield shopping, & train stations. Friendly staff throughout, very good spacious room. As our stay was short, we didn’t use many facilities, but the bar /restaurant area looked spacious & comfortable. We eat on the Elondi Terrace, which was very comfortable too, We would definitely recommend this hotel if you visiting Stratford, West Ham FC or ABBA voyage, while Westfield shopping offers what all Westfield’s offer, great shopping, eateries etc.

Tried to gain early check-in as show was at 3pm, although we had to wait a while, the team did manage to allow us to check-in at 2pm, which was great in the end.

Great location, just within Westfield Stratford. The hotel is in the middle of the shopping centre so you go out of the hotel and all the restaurants and the mall is in front of it. The tube is a 5 min walk etc. Really easy to get to if you're travelling from outside London. Also good breakfast, good selection of hot food and cold food. The size of the room was big enough for a couple, and the amenities inside were complete: fridge, kettle, hair dryer, vanity kit, etc.

Air-conditioning could've been better in the summer months. We stayed during a very hot summer day and found that even when lowering air-conditioning in the room, the room didn't get any colder.

The Hyatt Regency is next to a large mall and within a 10 minute walk to the London Stadium (formerly Olympic Stadium for the 2012 Olympics), so all the modern conveniences were available. The front desk/registration was on the 3rd floor, with Hyatt Regency rooms on floors 4-8 and Hyatt House rooms on floors 9 and above (street level entrance had the bellman's desk/luggage storage). Full buffet (and yummy) breakfast was served (on the 3rd floor with an outdoor area available) for those who opted for the breakfast option.

While we chose the hotel for its location to the London Stadium to watch a football match, we didn't like having to walk the long way back to the hotel (crowd control to get to the train station). We wished the hotel would work with the authorities to allow those with a hotel card key to be able to walk directly through the mall and to the hotel.

First time visiting this Hyatt, don't be fooled by the sat nav. When you come out of the tube station. The hotel is literally in the Westfield shopping center with its entrance next to the eating arena. It's not the best looking hotel from the outside but once through the entrance your be met by the friendly concierge. Where you will take the lift to the 3rd floor. There you are met by friendly front desk staff and given your keycard to your room. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. We stayed one night to see Abba Voyage which was a 10min journey by taxi. The concierge guys sorted our taxi out there and back. The room on the 8th floor had an extra large bed and for first time ever decent pillows!! it was quite and you were able to open a window. Bonus on a hot day. The view we had was residential flats but ive had worse. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and had good selection of cooked and continental. Due to the hot weather we sat in the large outdoor seating area which is a nice addition to the hotel. If you love to shop and eat this is a good hotel for just that. Good access to the rest of London via the tube.

Nothing except maybe more bottle water in the room.

We’ve stayed here before and the location is amazing to visit my daughter at university. The last visit we encountered a ripped duvet cover right in the middle of the duvet on arrival which was promptly replaced. So the service is very good. This time the hotel was amazing and the breakfasts are fantastic. Thank you

I say the only things I didn’t like about this hotel was that the lovely chair in the corner of the room was tatty and the seem split and looking ripped plus some obvious places to clean need cleaning. My wife moved the stool to do her makeup and there was a hairball the size of a flattened wig under it. Maybe they need to address this and move some objects to vacuum underneath.

30 steps from shopping arcade and restaurants (but hotel very quiet). 20 mins easy accessible walk through Olympic Park to ABBA venue. Numerous lifts to get you to your floor/room. Conceige for bag drop-off. Lovely breakfast - excellent choices. Room heating easy to adjust, very comfy bed, decent sized TV, liked the robe and slippers. Iron+ board, hairdryer, fridge (no contents) also provided. Rooms well sound-proofed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast £20 each, if booked day before. Bar area stays open late for alcohol and hot drinks.

Bit mean with tea, coffee, milk sachets in room, though did eventually bring more when asked :) Online couldn't book a double room with a double sofa bed for more than x2 persons! Hard to get through to hotel directly (managed it eventually) and booked x4 into the aforementioned room...

Rooms were very clean and the shower was really powerful. The bed was very comfy. The location was perfect for our trip to West Ham game. Check in was easy, we got early access to the room and the public spaces were well laid out and very clean and modern.

No robes and nothing in the minibar was unexpected for the price of the room. The Olympic Park view we specifically paid more for was a small sliver of the West Ham stadium and mostly just apartments. We went for a nightcap at the bar, waited for a long time for someone to come over with a menu or to even acknowledge we were there. Finally I went over to the bar, only for it to be made out I was in his way. Not good customer service.

Hotel was In an excellent location, bed was super comfy and hotel room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was lovely really nice shower. Big tv and plenty of amenities like tea bags and such provided. Staff were pleasant and made sure to ask if we’d had a evening on return to the hotel and guided us to reception on arrival.

They make you pay £100 deposit on arrival which you get back but they didn’t make this clear when booking. Cannot open window in room meaning room is completely air conditioned for temperature which made our throats dry when waking up in the morning
