Location was great, a short walk from where we needed to be, really friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Lovely room, ( was a bit noisy on the 1st floor, but not their fault) great bathroom with quality products. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Plenty of fresh fruit which I personally love. Really happy with this hotel, will be back again next week.

Bed was a little uncomfortable for my liking. And pillows too soft, but that’s my preference, would have liked a higher floor for the noise, but out of there control.

Location - easy walking to major museums, galleries and parks Room - layout of bathroom very good. Very comfortable bed and pillows Breakfast - good selection and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Delightful balcony with views All staff in the hotel were helpful and welcoming In spite of the dark room - see below - I would stay here again

The room is very dark, with black carpet and dark walls. The hallway lighting was inadequate to see what clothes were in the wardrobe shelves and I needed torch on my phone to be able to see the security safe in robe. Needs better lighting on desk. Difficult to read at night.

I loved my stay at The Mandeville Hotel The location is excellent near to Oxford and the subway The hotel is very clean and the room is cleaned daily What is more important is the people working there, if my stay at London is amazing it is because of the concierge service Ken and Said really exceeded my expectations, I was alone in London I didn’t have a plan but because of their help I visited a new place everyday They guided me to the best places to visit and the main attractions as well as the transportation details . They knew I was alone so they were very nice and helpful, I really enjoyed to talking to them. The reception staff were amazing as well and everyone was extremely cheerful and helpful I will definitely come back

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of London, making it incredibly easy to explore the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to celebrate my partner’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a memorable stay. The room itself was beautifully presented, spacious, and equipped with every amenity we could have hoped for — and more. From the luxurious bedding to the high-end toiletries and little extra details, everything was designed for comfort and convenience. It truly felt like a home away from home, with an added touch of elegance.

The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes and preferences. From freshly baked pastries and vibrant fruit to a generous selection of hot dishes, everything was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. The only slight observation was that the hot breakfast items were served warm rather than piping hot, and the freshly brewed coffee could have been a touch hotter for my personal preference. That said, this is a minor detail and may simply come down to individual taste — others might find the temperature just right. Overall, it was a delightful way to start the day.

The location is unbeatable and the staff were fabulous in their warmth and helpfulness. All of the folks at reception including Amar and Oki and especially the F&B chief Tushar. But overall just about all the personnel were welcoming and helpful

Booking.com’s picture representing the room size and amenities were misleading about the size. The shown sitting area in the standard plus is just in one room in the property. However, the rooms are small but comfortable. Also when I checked out I couldn’t get a bill because of a system upgrade in progress and I didn’t get one as promised on email. After following up with the hotel directly I was then sent it. Booking. Com was no help in this. That was a hassle I didn’t need.

The hotel very kindly accommodated my room requests, and I had exactly the kind of decor I needed for a lovely stay at this peaceful hotel, set in a nice safe area of London close to restaurants. Reception and restaurant staff were professional, welcoming, and not overly friendly in a taxing way.

The lift porter guy seemed lonely or suspicious of me and followed me into the lift to the 1st floor and was chatting to me. Lift access should be by security fob that only guests have, to ensure that only guests can use the lifts, and to avoid giving lonely porters an excuse to follow you and chat to you.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. My room was ready when I arrived at 2:30 and they let me in early. The room was sparkling clean, with all the amenities I need, such as bath products, a good shower/bath and a Nespresso coffee machine so that I could make good coffee (with milk provided) before a very early departure. The bed is comfortable, with quality linens. Air conditioning was great as it was a hot day, and its easy to control to your liking. My room was in the newer wing, which had a nice view northwards, full of landmarks. I've also stayed in the older wing, which had a nice view of a classic Marylebone neighborhood street. Both are great options, but I found the newer wing slightly more spacious. The location is fantastic, close to boutiques and shops on Marylebone Lane, and minutes away from the Bond Street Underground Station, which is on the Elizabeth line, quick and easy connection to London Heathrow, or in the other direction to Liverpool Street Station where you can reach Stansted by the Stansted Express.

The view would be nicer if the windows were cleaned. But this is minor. Overall this is an excellent hotel.

Location is key for choosing this hotel vs the rooms prices. We also like how it's lobby is not as busy as the other hotels in the same area. Lots of restaurants & cafes around the place to go to.

the last night of our stay there was a wheezing noise coming from the walls which seemed to be from the pipes (not sure). It was annoying enough for us to call the helpdesk to check it but no one picked the phone, we called 3 times but no one answered, and no one called back. The furniture is also quite dated.

1. The location is perfect as it is very close to Oxford Street. We usually use Bond Street Underground to go around apartment from Oxford Circus and Marble Arch Stations. 2. The maintenance of the rooms is still pretty good. This was our 2nd time staying here. 3. They gave us a complimentary upgrade room for our 2nd night due to some issues. That was fantastic!

1. Our actual room's heater wasn't working properly the first night and it was cold. The night staff wasn't helpful (didn't bring the mobile heater) and informed us they will send a maintenance technician the next morning. No one came, so we made a complaint the next morning and day shift people apologized and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Now that was fantastic. 2. There was an in-room night menu that starts 11pm - 6am. We wanted to order something under room service around 11.15pm, but the restaurant was closed. So not too sure what was the menu for.
