Easy accessibility - Just 5 minutes walkway in Exchange Quay station(Blue line) or Salford Quay station (Red line) Safety location Plenty of Convenience stores and restaurants nearby Friendly staff - Mr Ali is nice person and helpfulness with politely manner Cube bathroom is fine for me due to I’m Asian. Just like the hotel in Japan that I am no complaining Microwave provided for reheating hot foods

Table is small, suggest folding table instead for limited spaces Recommend providing the freeze room for foods Not daily clearing of rooms. I left 8 days but only 4th day of fully cleaning Improvement of shower is required that it is difficult to manage and fixed. Recommend one more tap at the lower part of the bathroom

Good location, Very polite staff, the room was a bit different than expected but it was clean and even got cleaned during our stay which was nice. If you want basic and cheap because you are going out or visiting an attraction then it is fine theres even fridges that sell drinks in the reception which in this day and age is quite alright priced. Theres a pool and football table in reception too if you get bored.

Was expecting a good size smart tv but it was a small basic tv that only had a few channels that actually worked and basic kettle and drink making facilities like most other hotels but they cost extra. I booked a twin bed room but it may as well have been a double bed because the beds were so close together fixed not able to push apart. I asked a few times for a spare pillow because they only supply one and the one I had was so soft it was like lying flat with no pillow but I got told no.

The room was really nice and it was clean and I liked the fact when I asked not to be put on the tram side they put me on the back of hotel and I slept better and didn't get woken up

When I told one of the cleaners please don't clean room they did so when I came bck my bed was made and my nighty was on the floor so I went downstairs told reception and she said sorry and she wrote on the door thing that u put on the outside of the door saying no cleaning please and it worked. I'm not saying I don't trust the cleaners it's just I don't like strangers going in my room.

The accommodation was basic but this was accurately describe in the listing. No frills but very clean and indeed quiet. The Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful, on-site parking very good and secure. Tram stop to central Manchester literally across the road. I normally stay in City Centre but will consider this property again for my trips. Lots of facilities nearby including eat-in/take-out and Local Express outlets. Petrol Station next door to property which came in handy.

Just a minor criticism as really spent little time in the room but the TV was very small with limited number of channels and limited radio channels reception. Not enough though to reject the hotel as a well-placed location.

The hotel is basic but very clean. While the beds weren’t the most comfortable for us, that could just be down to personal preference. The rooms are a little tired in appearance, but everything was spotless. What really stood out was the staff – they were excellent! Friendly, helpful, and gave us great directions to our concert venue. The tram stop being directly outside the hotel was a massive plus. Overall, for a cheap night’s stay, we were really happy. The continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus too. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a simple and affordable place to stay.

We've stayed at Ibis Budgets before, and knew what to expect. Comfortable, clean, no frills. Good location for the Lowry & Salford Quays, and very easy to get the tram into the city

The documentation we received gave the post code as M5 and our sat nav didn't like this. In fact the correct post code is M50 . We managed to get close to the hotel, but as far as we could see there were no signs at all for the car park ( which is shared with the AC Marriot ). These things could be made far clearer, particularly as it's accessed off one side of a very busy dual carriageway and you're past the car park entrance before the Ibis sign appears

This ibis is classified by the chain as a "budget" hotel, but I have to say that the level of service provided here - with the exception of things like hot drink making facilities in the room, which one knew in advance were not provided free - was a lot higher than I have experienced at other hotels which were most definitely not budget. My bed was properly made daily and I received fresh towels on the second day. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed seductively comfortable and the view of the Manchester skyline was interesting at all times and sublime at sunrise. Staff on reception were never less than cheery and helpful!

Its in a fantastic location, with easy access to the tram, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The room was comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent—one of the best we’ve experienced!

However, the hospitality from the ground staff could be improved. While the hotel itself offers great amenities, a more welcoming and attentive service would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for its location and comfort, but I hope to see better service on our next visit.

All went fine and thus place is convneient for my needs when in Manchester not least public transport links. Also stsff do not hassle you.

Some minor hassle, no record of my booking when first checked in but was soon found under Booking.com records. Also when booked out, received email billing me as a no-show. Replied with evidence of my stay and all rectified speedily. These things happen with IT. Had tried checking in online several times night before but the IT kept telling me my phone numbers were invalide, again probably an IT glitch. Such is onliine world and has not deterred me from booking again next time.

Receptionist was nice enough to mention a few things we would be needing for our stay which was available free of charge which we appreciated including access to microwave. She explained how we could get hot water if needed. The lighting in the room was good including having a control of it from the bed space. We liked the position of the room overlooking the store and filling station. Though the trams were making their movement, it was not noisy

We forgot to ask about bath for baby/toddler. I felt we could have checked if this was available on request but sometime felt if it was available, we would have been told. I was hoping their would be getting a nice foot mat we could stand on after bathing to prevent us stepping wet feet on the room flior
