The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The bed was soft and inviting, and breakfast had a good selection. Parking was free and convenient.

The stay was worth every penny. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. The location was great, with everything nearby. Breakfast was filling, and the free parking was a great touch.

Location for our property searching was central Free Carpark Breakfast Included Also the choice of Twin Beds which were very comfortable the Curtains could have been better fitting not enough coverage to block out the light Room heating Adequate once shown how to set it up.

The overall condition of the Room Was a disappointment let the Hotel in general Down we were told that they were in the process of Revamping the Rooms but in this day and age no reason for the Condition of the Bathroom as there are plenty of cleaning products out there to tackle the BLACK MOLD clearly visible and not inviting Photos to Follow Hopefully.

The property was very spacious and quiet rooms are lovely and big and the bed was amazing. Having to be able to sleep with the door open onto the small balcony was really lovely .

It needs a good painting all over The decor was outdated spongy wallpaper painted very badly . Dust on floors behind chairs and table cobwebs on aircon above bed . No glasses in room, and only 1 normal coffee the rest was all decaf . 1 pack of 3 biscuits between 2 adults . Old fashioned bulky bath a shower tap and black scale in the toilet. Black sealer in corners of tiles around bath .

Very convenient for the festival we were working at.

It used to be a government building, so there was a pillar in the middle of the room, which the tv was mounted on, it was easy to forget when walking past resting in a few good cracks on the head from the corners of the tv! The false ceiling was sagging and made noises which made me worry it was going g to fall down! That being said, the staff were all absolutely exceptional and went out of their way to help us, huge thanks to all.

Not much choice of continental as pastries not been replaced when eaten previously. No choice of bread, just white loaf. Staff were very helpful particularly the young barman/waiter. He went out of his way to ensure our meals and drinks were just as we requested. Staff in general friendly and polite. Room was a good size with air conditioning and good facilities.

Breakfast choice of continental was not present when we ate at 8 am. Pastries not replaced and only white loaf offered for toast.

This is the second time we have stayed as we have relatives in the area. The food is really good and it’s a shame that there never seems to be many people eating in the restaurant. Breakfast was included in the price which is a plus and only £5 extra if you wanted a cooked breakfast which is very reasonable. Will you this hotel again when we are in the area.

The decor is a bit tired but everywhere was clean so that doesn’t bother me. The price is good and is really handy for our stay.

Allways stay here when visiting daughter in March . Level 3 and got lovely upgrade , balcony , bath etc . Breakfast inc but only cont but £5 extra for cooked , not bad considering what top hotels charge. New games room too, pool, table tennis etc. 24hr desk so arrive late leave early ,checking in 2.00am 10.00 am checking but out but can extend depending . . Air cond welcome as was in high 20’s

The room was clean.

Pidgeons nesting on balcony, netting was in place but they still managed to get through and made noises, couldn't go on balcony as pidgeon mess all over it. Told the staff and they just said that they were crafty. Cooked breakfast was £5 extra but seemed to be pre-cooked and warmed up, said hash browns were cold the first day. Informed them that the bedside light was faulty but they didn't replace it.
