Lovely spacious clean room , bed was lovely and comfortable, bathroom towels were spotless, didn't have breakfast so can't comment but we had a lovely Sunday Roast followed by a pudding excellent and good choice of beers, Staff were very pleasant and helpful ( well done everyone) would definitely recommend if your visiting the area.

17th century limestone exterior pub building. Welcoming and helpful landlord/manager. Very reasonable prices for good food in pub restaurant. Beautiful bedroom conversion.

Inevitably with 300 year old buildings, the lintels in some doorways and the ceilings in bedrooms are quite low, requiring constant ducking for the tall - fine for one night! Strange scrambled eggs at breakfast - chopped up fried egg! The sausages would probably have been very nice, but they appeared to have dried out from reheating from cooked the night before and as a result were inedible. The rest of the cooked breakfast was fine.

The Kilcot's welcome was warm and sincere. Parking for our motorcycle was both secure and sheltered, out there under the bike shed on nice solid tarmac. Dinner that evening was an absolutely wonderful feast of sea-food and excellent sides, after which we slept like logs. Travelling onward to Fishguard the following day has however left me with a life-long hatred of campervans and much shorter teeth, as the nonsense 20mph limit in towns, means that sheep.. overtake you.

Excellent polite, accomodating staff and host. The Indian dinner was superb. Comfy room. Lovely outside seating and walking area to the rear of the Hotel.

We didn't realise the Hotel is on a main road It wouldn't have mattered which room we were in as traffic noise was quite bad, however nothing we or the Hotel could do about that !

Looking for a place for a 1 night stay and this ticked all the boxes. Lovely welcome, room was a little tired, but i believe it had only recently been taken over. Lovely food in the evening with a choice of an Indian menu or english fayre Breakfast was delicious and loads. You had to pre order which was a shame as i was still full from dinner Overall fine for the night.

Our room was nearest the road which got busy from 6am.

Staff were all warm and welcoming and the rooms and public areas were all clean and tidy. My room was really lovely and comfortable but very warm although a fan was provided. I’d definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked about the property.

The room was clean and tidy and the building had lots of charm. We had a fantastic evening meal in the restaurant and the menu was good with plenty of choice for those with dietary requirements. Breakfast was perfect too. We will definitely be back next time work takes us that way.

Not something I didn't like, I loved the low ceilings and the character they add to the building, but they could be a problem for a taller person.

Bed was comfy and made up with beautiful crisp linen The Inn had a lot of history and rooms were in the oldest part ( just mind your head) Breakfast was exactly as we pre-ordered They accommodated our early check in so we could drop off bags and pick up key before going out for a wedding

As a single traveller the staff were very helpful and welcomed me ,did all they could to make my stay a good experience the room was within character very clean and bed very comfortable .Breakfast was very tasty and there fish and chips was excellent. Would advise anyone to trynothing really

The room was very nice and spacious, very clean and welcoming with a fantastic bar and restaurant just a stairwell away. We had a very nice meal in the bar area with a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely visit this establishment again when I'm in that area.
