While not easy to find, once there, it feels so welcoming. Michelle- the perfect hostess. Breakfast, although not included in the room rate, was worth every penny -bacon delicious; fresh squeezed orange juice a treat. The room was well appointed with quality soft furnishings. The bathroom had quality products. Home-made biscuit for each of us and mini bottle of fresh cold milk for our cups of tea. Room supplies good - including jug of iced water. The only thing we might change is the shower. I soaked the bathroom with the handheld hose, and the rainfall showerhead was so big that the temperature varied across its width. It was a bit of style over substance, but we coped and it certainly did not spoil the stay.

I absolutely loved here. After I stayed with them, I had to travel in the UK to other hotels for a bit and it spoilt me as other hotels then didn't seem as good. :-) I came back to the area after the travel and I literally couldn't wait to get back to Sebastian's. When I first arrived with them from 32 degree Italy I was unprepared for the cold British weather that week. The owner Michelle immediately put the heating on for me, provided slippers and a dressing gown and actually gave me one of her jumpers to borrow for 2 days until I could buy one. I loved the homemade biscuits, the little touches and the breakfast was wonderful - the rooms were of such a high standard. The owners really care. I literally did not want to leave. Loved it and it is first on my list.

The accommodation was stylish, charming and very comfortable. Michele and Mark the hosts were very helpful and welcoming and available. The breakfast was really delicious with the classics on offer but also some unusual offerings like the delicious smoked haddock in a cream herb sauce. I really liked the many thoughtful touches. The fruit salad was beautifully presented, toast was home made bread.. My porridge with a touch of drambuie was a revelation! Being able to order a drink from the extensive menu was nice and the outside courtyard was a relaxing haven in the town centre. Highly recommend

Everything was exceptional. Michell and Mark really look after everyone who stays with them. I mentioned that I was vegan - not only did they provide a brilliant vegan breakfast, but I was offered plant based milk in my room (not usually offered by hotels so I usually bring my own), and then upon my return from work, I was greeted by vegan shortbread in my room. If you are looking for a home away from home when you travel, this is the place for you and I will certainly be staying again.

I've stayed at Sebastians a few times now and I will continue to go back as it is always wonderful. On arrival you're greeted with a big smile and welcome and given fresh milk and a home baked biscuit for the room. The rooms are so cosy, very clean, comfortable beds, all the facilities you would need and a handy book to give you information on the local area. In the morning you're served an amazing breakfast with home baked bread, fresh juice and tea and coffee. And as for the hosts, they're just the loveliest couple and make you feel so welcome.

The property was lovely and clean, very moden but has an old cottage feel (amazing) very cosy room. Staff are very accomadating and welcoming. Very lovely hosts couldn’t of asked for anyone better. They brought us fresh milk in the morning with cookies. We had everything we needed from tea coffee and my girlfriend loved that they had a flannel just for removing make up. The property is even better in person! Thank you for the great experiance we will be back!

We loved everything although it would of been even more amazing if they had fire place in the room but even without the fire place the room and the whole stay was a 10/10 experiqnce.

Our stay was exceptional. This hotel is ran by two very gifted and professional people who you can clearly see take a personal pride in ensuring your stay has everything taken care of. Room was clean, no dirt, water marks or cobwebs in sight. breakfast was cooked just right and service throughout was flawless. Staff were extremely polite and could not have possibly done anything more for us.

The car park is small however, given the location this cannot really be helped. There are alternative options if there are no spaces. This was not a deal breaker at all though as we did have a space and the parking is very close to the facilities.

We have stayed at Sebastian’s a number of times. The hosts Michelle and Mark are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The home made shortbread is an extra nice touch. The rooms are clean, and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Towels are big and nice toiletries. The location is great, just on the edge of town but very quiet. The breakfast does not disappoint, lovely local and freshly prepared produce. Cant recommend this place enough.

I only stayed for one night on business. The hosts were incredibly friendly, efficient, welcoming and very accommodating (they even picked me up from the train). Nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect and breakfast was wonderful. No awful tired buffet. I had a personalised breakfast with gluten free pastries! Heaven. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Sebastian's is a hidden gem, we regularly stay in Oswestry but usually at the Premier Inn, I also used to live literally around the corner from Sebastian's and never knew it was a hotel, if we had known before we would have stayed there every time we were in Oswestry as the rooms are gorgeous, the setting also and if you are eating out next door you can't get a better location. The owners are extremely friendly, lovely people and we will definitely be staying again.
