In a great central place. Really clean & comfortable. The staff are so lovely. Id reccomend this place to anyone. It's immaculately clean & the staff are so friendly & will do anything to help you. They go the extra mile. The manager was a delightful lady.

The tv needs fixing as it's unwatchable. It's to do with the signal & connection. I had to spend an afternoon & evening in the room & the tv was unwatchable. You have many channels which is great but pointless if it's not working to view them.

We had a great experience at this hotel! There was an issue with our room booking through Booking.com, but thankfully we called the hotel directly and they were extremely accommodating. They sorted everything out before we even arrived, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the little touches—like the games they provided, which made our downtime extra enjoyable. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Nigel and Kate were absolutely amazing—so welcoming and accommodating. This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. If we had any issues, they were quick to offer help and just asked us to let them know. Truly exceptional service!

Comfy moderate size room with nice ensuite bathroom + standing shower, very friendly & helpful staff. Good Wifi and a small desk space.

TV was not working properly, lots of interference so couldn't watch TV really. Parking is available on site but limited if the hotel is busy. However there is available off street parking as well. I don't believe breakfast was included & therefore a bit pricey.

Kate , the manager, sorted out the booking error and found us a double room instead of a twin. The hotel was in a quiet area of Sheffield and on a regular bus route into the city centre. Room was comfortable and clean

The restaurant still not up and running but plenty of tea and coffee in the room.

Rooms recently refurbished and nicely presented. Manager was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was great

Communications between the booking staff and the actual hotel were poor, meaning that our requirements hadn't been passed on.

Young girl that checked us was very helpful room was clean and comfortable

The front door was open when we returned from our night out even though we had a key code for security reasons we think it would be better closed also a key or code for the door that leads you upstairs to the rooms

Lovely little hotel, the owner was very friendly and kind. Room was nice, bathroom was small but immaculately clean & functional. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking was scarce as the forecourt isn’t particularly big, but I parked round the corner in non residential parking.

Surprisingly quiet location so near to the town centre. Smallish double room but comfortable and clean. Hotel manager kindly moved me from twin to double room, so no complaints. Convenient for bars and restaurants. Excellent value for money.

Bathroom small, but not a problem. However, washbasin was so small it was virtually unusable. I’m sure there would be enough space for a larger one.

The hotel was being renovated at the time. Despite this I encountered 0 noise. Staff were very down to earth. The room was clean and well equipped

My biggest issue was there was no internal deadbolt on the door. It was opened by key only but it was a bit uneasy to have no control of my security. Though I appreciate this could be something yet to be installed in the renovation
