The location was excellent - the view of the mountains was beautiful. It was easy to find and there was plenty of street parking outside. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. We felt very welcomed. The facilities were more than suitable - tea/coffee making facilities plentiful, a book with local information and attractions was provided, shower was lovely and beds were comfy.
The room was a little tired - peeling wallpaper, torn cushion, toilet seat didn't match the bowl, but it was clean and spacious and we loved the sparkly shower curtain! It was explained that they were mid refurbishment and the room was in line to be refreshed.

Situated next to a beautiful mountainous location, in the Scottish highlands. Peaceful little town with very little noise pollution after 10pm, meaning falling asleep was no issue. The locals were ace, very entertaining and accommodating. Especially George, who we played pool against (and beat twice despite him telling us he’s the best pool player in town.) We did, however, get beaten by Fred who is missing a finger and had 2 broken ribs at the time.
We travelled as two blokes whose expectations were fairly low. If you plan on bringing your mrs here for a getaway, don’t. She won’t be with you for long.

It was a budget day away from the city. Never been to Tillicoultry before but I loved it. I'd totally recommend it, I'll be coming back again & the setting is quite stunning. The hotel was budget but clean & comfortable... the bar was really friendly with locals who were full of chat & bants. The setting is quite beautiful actually at the foot of the Ochils... when you walk down the high street everyone wishes you a good morning with a smile! I'm definitely going back soon... strongly recommend the Bridge. Ali S

The bridge in pub is in the same building and the crowd there on a Saturday night was a friendly and welcoming one! Loved the view of the mountains from the window. And even though it’s on the main road I still didn’t heard any road traffic “ or I was hungover” 🤣. Still a nice little Inn. Would definitely stay there again especially for the pub 🤣
A little expensive I would say and the corridors smelled a little damp

This is a friendly pub with a (good) Chinese restaurant attached. It's not 5-star, but I was in Oslo last week and paid three times the price for a room one third of the size. There are very few places to stay in Clackmannanshire. On occasions, when the price is good, I might stay in one of the two upmarket locations, but next time I get near Alloa I think it likely I shall return to the Bridge Inn.
I'd like a hairdryer. And a light both sides of the bed. Oh, and a chair, because I had a Zoom call to make and it was hard to set up sitting on the bed.

When I arrived to a warm welcome and shown to my room. Which was very clean also we decorated. The provision of tea/ coffee biscuits was welcome . The quality of the food was excellent from the Chinese restaurant. The location in Tillicoultry Falkirk is very good for the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel. The hotel part is being updated when time allows . All the staff are very happy to help your stay.
Absolutely there was nothing to dislike. It is a working public inn, hotel.

It was central for where I wanted, staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant was amazing, bar staff could make drinks of ur choice as I asked to make a new shot up and they done just that, room was spacious adequate facilities for what we needed for over night stay. Locals in the pub where a laugh to get along with. And not too loud as rooms are above.
Beds where old sprung mattress but a mattress topper can solve this. Room can do with an update eg simple IKEA units bed etc.. other than that price is OK :-)

A lovely 2 bedroom flat as part of the hotel. It was clean, war, and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Decent shower in the bathroom. Parking no problem adjacent to the property. Janette and Douglas were just brilliant - they went out of their way to check me in as a very late arrival. Thank you

I stayed at the Bridge Inn with my daughter it excellent value, basic but met all our needs. It was a great location, as we visited the Kelpies sculptures near by as I have always wanted to see these wonderful giant sculptures.
Excellent value and great location for the Kelpies

A staff member called Iona was waiting for us when we arrived at midnight. She was very friendly and welcoming, she showed everyone to their room and then stood behind the bar serving drinks and chatting with the guys until 1.30am. Individuals like her are the most important aspect of venues like this, and she is a great asset, to say the least.
