Back in June 2022 we lived here for over a month because of homeless issues we lived in room 66 I've read through all the reviews most are bad however I feel like they are all fussy people the place is amazing you get a roof over your head, some people complain about no hot water but there is a pattern with Seascape if you look at the clock the heating and hot water comes on at 12, 3, 6 and 9 am and pm if the water is cold just Wait! Be patient with the place! I did bring my Ouija board when I lived there and I can confirm there is something ghosty there but it is harmless sometimes I would see things in the mirror at night just ignore it and go sleep it's not dangerous! The TVs are not so good all you need is to bring your own TV cable plug it in the wall and your in business it you are in a low room not phone signal if you are on a top floor bring a Roku box put your phone 4G on and hot spot it and then watch what you want if you go the the garden at night you get free smoke from other people staying there absolutely ideal the place is close to shops and town centre I had the absolute time on my life here I missed the place lots and lots so I decided to come back this weekend and definitely plan on returning as much as possible the staff might take a while to understand what you're saying sometimes but it's ok they are all nice people here🙂

You can't get WiFi in your room only in the common room near the bar People complain about this place for no reason There bar and restaurant is never open I just want to know what it would be like to have a pint and breakfast here😭 The ghosts are boring here!

Good size bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Good quality bedding. Bed was clean and comfortable. Really liked that our room had a lot of electricity plugs, useful if you have a lot of devices to charge. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is a smoking area at a balcony with good view on a garden

Very small parking, needed to leave the car on the street. There is no elevator and corridors are narrow, guests with big luggage can struggle a bit.

The location is perfectly near sea beaches and we had excellent breakfast and very piecefull hotel. and car park is also good. Hot water also coming very good. Very comfortable sleep with my wife in night.

All is excellent so I like everything in hotel.

The hotel was central located and really close to town. The staff are really friendly and polite and any problem they sort out stright away I really enjoyed my stay and would book her again

Price. Location.

Noisy staff with late guests arriving. Noisy guests leaving at 6am. No sound insulation to corridor. No wall mount for shower head.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, Robby has ensured my stays have gone seamlessly with very quick check-ins, and anything else I’ve needed, the rooms are nice, and the location is excellent.

I didn’t dislike anything…

The room was huge and the bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Very central location, but it is at the top of a hill! The bed was comfortable and the room itself had everything I needed. Robert was terrific and I suggest going to the Raffles Club nearby for a cheap pint and lunch.

Small TV, but I did not really use it that much.

Best please to stay, its Victorian.. and the place really has a character. I would definitely visit again.

Everything was amazing.

I stayed for 2 nights as i was visiting my children and grandchildren.Parking was good.This is an old hotel so dated but very clean.Staff were extremly helpful and room was very clean.Within walking distance to the shops & beach.You can also catch the ferry over to Brixham.Ideal!
