Large room, clean & comfortable, friendly chap on front desk, comfy bed & decent shower. Mini toiletries & coffee biscuits were a nice touch. Good value for the price

Location- not far from beach and bars. Indoor pool was lovely. Games room was great for us.

Outdoor pool was out of use. Could have used more places to hang towels etc and an extra mirror but these are minor things

Location is fairly central but quite. The guy on reception was so helpful and polite to my children. The hotel is secure with a key pad for doors. The pool inside was very clean but not heated. The outside pool looked lovely but wasn't open during our stay but I'm guessing would be great in the summer with a hot tub too. Room was small but clean., but for the price we paid it was just as expected. Smart TV in the room was fantastic after a long day sightseeing. Places to eat around the corner. Around a ten minute walk to town area and 20 mins to beach/marina area I'd say. It's perfect for a cheap get away.

The grounds outside need a bit of tlc, as do the rooms as they are a bit basic. Rooms are warm so I'm not sure how I'd cope in them in the heat of the summer. Nothing would bother me enough not to return as it was an ideal place to stay. Thanks for having us.

Manager Ahmed was very welcoming and attentive. It was a calm peaceful atmosphere and we feel he'd of gone above and beyond for us. We stay at many hotels and this one by far was the most pleasant stay. Close to the beach, shops and many bars and restaurants. The garden area was very enclosed with a beautiful outdoor and indoor pool. We felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave. It was by far very homely and one of the best experiences we've had staying away. Would highly recommend no complaints at all. Superb value for money. We came home feeling refreshed and mindfully grounded. Very therapeutic.

I recently stayed at the Crafton Hotel and was incredibly impressed with the service provided by Ahmed. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ahmed was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly—always ready to help with a warm smile. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering local recommendations, or making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay, he truly made a difference. His dedication to excellent customer service made my visit even more enjoyable.Also he made sure the sauna and the swimming pool were ready for our use. A very welcoming hotel! Great way to acces the building and room you staying in. You will be provided a personal code to acces the front door which is closed at all times. There are few parking spots in front . Lovelly and clean Room, spotless bathroom! We get a view over garden and so grateful a ground floor room was provided as requested. There is a kettle in room for a cuppa. The Lounge is cosy and there is a terrace too.

Not much to say to be honest. As a 3 star place is pretty well presented the place. I would return here! The bed is a bit sinking in left side ( the wall side). The woodenchair was really a great deal as we used as second night stand :) and as a coffee table :) Is good ro be resourceful.! Regarding Bathroom was odd not to have a shelf inside shower cabin and a must PLEASE dear Host ADD SOME TOWEL HOOKS OR SOMETHING IN THE Bathroom. As leaves you in need to leave your towel on the toilet top to have it handy after the shower. Nice frangrance shower gells and shampoo :) Also a toilet brush wasn't available in the bathroom... NOT A complaint but I think those should be taken as a constructive feedback! Was a pleasant stay !

A last minute booking I thought the hotel was well situated in the centre of the town. My room was small as described but ideal for my stay which was only one night. The initially greeting was very friendly. I liked the key pad which got you into the hotel and room which you selected the number which avoided the need for a key. The room facilities were very good and for the price above was I was expecting. Although their was a bit of noise that couldn't be avoided (children talking loudly) I had a good stay.

Small gripe I couldn't get the water in the shower to heat properly in the morning.

I loved the building and scenery, plus the rooms were beautiful, clean and warm. The manager Ahmed was lovely, personable and extremely helpful.

There was only one thing that I felt could be Improved. The sauna/pool area. The sauna and steam are on a timer and I felt this didn’t equate to a constant heat as it took time to warm up, in fact the steam room was tepid at best. The jacuzzi was very cool and a shower is much needed as it is really a necessity for the sauna/steam sessions.

We had a short stay at the hotel as we was visiting our daughter and new grandchild the hotel was fantastic room was lovely staff were friendly and helpful all the time and Amid I think is the manager was there for all our needs we enjoyed our stay som much we are going to be booking the hotel again. We stayed in paignton last year and the place was disgusting dontvhiw they should be open I will recommend your hotel to friends in future and will be staying again hopefully longer next time

There wasn't a single thing we didn't like my partner kept saying this place place is gorgeous you done well finding this place so I'm very happy

Everything was good. We make a good use of the facilities such as the outside and inside swimming pool, hot tube and sauna. The staff were amazing always making sure everything was okay. We had a nice view facing the outside pool. I will defenitly be back and I am already recommending it to my friends and family.

The location of the hotel is a little hidden behind one of the main streets but a short walk from the harbour beach so wasn't that bad. The exterior fasade of the entrance needs renovation looks outdate but the interior is like a victorian vibe, a good surprise.
