We paid £312 for myself and my 2 children in the 6 weeks holidays which is exceptional value for money , we have paid that for a campsite . Our room was big and a huge balcony which we had a sea view from . The beds were all clean and comfortable. Yes the hotel is old and in need of a face lift . We had a TV, kettle and warm showers, plenty of towels and our tea, coffee was replenished daily and the shower and toilets cleaned daily . You are a 4 minute walk from the beach with free parking and we would happily stay here again.

The room had everything in we needed. The bedding was fresh and clean, the shower hot, radiator warm and bed comfortable. Great value for money and a few minutes walk to beach or town centre. Compared to other rooms locally this cost me on average 60% less. I wasn't expecting the Ritz and I didn't get it but really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

I had read so many negative reviews I'd started to dread going however I'm not sure what other people need. When we go anywhere as long as room clean and tidy we are happy. You can nit pick and say rooms need upgrading but then the room becomes much more expensive. This hotel could be something really special if money spent on it but then it wouldn't be the excellent value for money it was.

It was cheap cost wise which reflected in the appearance inside .It was warm in rooms very welcome

We have a service certified dog which was not welcome at first

The manager of the hotel tried his best to keep us happy, we had a balcony room with sea view what was clean and comfortable, for the price it was fine for us.

Hotel just needs updating, tea and coffee needs to be replentished daily

Location and extremely comfortable bed. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

Could do with tidying up a bit building and decorating wise but on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Average standard and cleanliness. Had bath tube with shower, but you need to wait around 10min for warm water and water pressure is really low. Comfort adjusted to the price.

Very good location. Comfortable room. I was on my own in a double room would have been a little small for two people. Good size TV with subtitles. Good sized bathroom.

The towels were a little small. Lovely communal areas but unused.

very comfortable bed, good working bathroom with nice shower, amazing balcony sea view and was very good value for money. Got a good nights sleep every night with no noise distraction from others. good parking available and is in the perfect location to reach everything.

the decor is dated but honestly this isn’t a problem for us as it was still very lovely and comfortable and perfect for our needs.
