Bob and Donna were superb hosts. The self contained room was comfortable and included a kitchenette. On arrival Tea, Coffee and Milk were available, which is always welcome after a long drive. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked and tasty. It really set us up for the day. Access into the property was very simple and secure. A short walk gets you into the main part of Woodhall Spa which has plenty of things to keep you occupied during a short stay. We didn’t eat out but made full use of the microwave at the property. We would certainly recommend the Golf Studio to anyone who wishes to visit the area and we will be using it again whenever we are in Lincolnshire. Five Stars.

This was our 3rd stay and just like ALL the other times everything was perfect. Bob & Donna are the best hosts and always go above and beyond to help, cater for your needs or just have a conversation. We attended an event at Woodhall Spa Golf Club and this location is perfect. 2minute drive to the course or 5 minute stroll to the shops, restaurants or bars. the breakfast is not only amazing but the choice is too. Delivery at a time to suit us was most perfect. What else can we say.... You would be silly not to review this property for staying in when you are at Woodhall Spa.

Great place to stay. Everything is one room so you don't share any space with others other than a hallway. We met the owner on arrival he popped and said hello. Place was clean and the milk was a godsend when we needed a cup of tea after a loooooong day travelling. We were travelling to BBMF centre so stayed here and its only 15 mins drive. Its also near the dam buster memorial which was a nice bonus we found it on the map nearby and went for a short walk to visit it. Breakfast was served on time and was cooked perfectly. Will stay here again in future as we are always in and out of plane museums in Lincolnshire.

This property is very well located and serves as a ‘base’ from which you can go exploring in the area, whether that be to go playing golf, visiting the local RAF station and watch the planes or even a trip into Lincoln or Skegness, I have to say that the room we had was clean, tidy and very well looked after, Bob and Donna, the hosts, were excellent and the breakfast was far more than expected, it even gets delivered to your room, nothing it too much of a problem for them and I/we would have no hesitation in recommending this place for people to stay.

Breakfast was superb and fullfilled our expectations based on the specification on the website. Attention to detail like fresh milk and orange juice provided in the fridge for use rather than the usual long life milk ( which tastes awful ) and is often the " go to" that this type of business often supplies. Also all the necessary facilties to cook an evening meal, necessary crockery and cutlery washing up facilities provided. The hosts have clearly given a lot of thought as to what is required for there customers.

Good location, parking, spacious, cool room spotlessly clean. Nice decor, convenient kitchenette, electric shower with good pressure, fluffy towels. USB charger points, table & chairs for in-room dining and plenty of storage. Delicious breakfast and nothing too much trouble.

I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable with what felt like springs. Not sure if that would be solved by a thick mattress topper. A luggage rack or something similar would be helpful. A refillable bottle of tap water in the fridge along with the milk would be a nice touch.

Lovely breakfast catered to our requests. Friendly host with good response time to questions, and good advice for where to eat. Great location for heading into town. Good to have a go of the golf simulator, even if we weren’t great at it!

Breakfast was between 8-8.30am, which is much earlier than we’d normally have it. We ended up eating then going back to bed. We were in room 1, in the main house, and the walls/door let every bit of noise through. The neighbours (across the hall) came in very late on Saturday evening and we could hear every word said, even across the hallway. I would return, but would opt to stay in room 3 which is totally separate to the main house, to have a good nights sleep.

This place is ideally located at the centre of Woodhall Spa. We went to see the fireworks at Woodhall Country Park, it was a nice walk to the park. The place and facilities of the property were excellent, I thought it was really well looked after and presented. The owner brought our breakfast to our room in the morning as arranged, he was very polite and helpful with local information. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay overnight or even longer stays. Great value for money, and everything you need. Well done.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I could improve. It was excellent.

Bob brought us our breakfast to our room and was a friendly and helpful person. The room was large and well thought out. The location is great for walking around the area and it was good to have the parking. Breakfast was well cooked and I believe there was the option to be self catering as there was a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as crockery and cutlery.

I struggled with the outer front door lock, but my husband managed it ok.

We had this trip to celebrate our anniversary. Loved the location. Bob and Donna were exceptional hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. We loved the extra touches. Having fresh milk in the fridge for a much needed cuppa. Loved the bottle of Proseco for our anniversary. We would definitely recommend a stay here. We would love to return next year. The room is very well thought out and had everything we needed for our stay.
