This property is very well located and serves as a ‘base’ from which you can go exploring in the area, whether that be to go playing golf, visiting the local RAF station and watch the planes or even a trip into Lincoln or Skegness, I have to say that the room we had was clean, tidy and very well looked after, Bob and Donna, the hosts, were excellent and the breakfast was far more than expected, it even gets delivered to your room, nothing it too much of a problem for them and I/we would have no hesitation in recommending this place for people to stay.

Great place to stay. Everything is one room so you don't share any space with others other than a hallway. We met the owner on arrival he popped and said hello. Place was clean and the milk was a godsend when we needed a cup of tea after a loooooong day travelling. We were travelling to BBMF centre so stayed here and its only 15 mins drive. Its also near the dam buster memorial which was a nice bonus we found it on the map nearby and went for a short walk to visit it. Breakfast was served on time and was cooked perfectly. Will stay here again in future as we are always in and out of plane museums in Lincolnshire.

No complaints

Good location, parking, spacious, cool room spotlessly clean. Nice decor, convenient kitchenette, electric shower with good pressure, fluffy towels. USB charger points, table & chairs for in-room dining and plenty of storage. Delicious breakfast and nothing too much trouble.

I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable with what felt like springs. Not sure if that would be solved by a thick mattress topper. A luggage rack or something similar would be helpful. A refillable bottle of tap water in the fridge along with the milk would be a nice touch.

Lovely breakfast catered to our requests. Friendly host with good response time to questions, and good advice for where to eat. Great location for heading into town. Good to have a go of the golf simulator, even if we weren’t great at it!

Breakfast was between 8-8.30am, which is much earlier than we’d normally have it. We ended up eating then going back to bed. We were in room 1, in the main house, and the walls/door let every bit of noise through. The neighbours (across the hall) came in very late on Saturday evening and we could hear every word said, even across the hallway. I would return, but would opt to stay in room 3 which is totally separate to the main house, to have a good nights sleep.

This place is ideally located at the centre of Woodhall Spa. We went to see the fireworks at Woodhall Country Park, it was a nice walk to the park. The place and facilities of the property were excellent, I thought it was really well looked after and presented. The owner brought our breakfast to our room in the morning as arranged, he was very polite and helpful with local information. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay overnight or even longer stays. Great value for money, and everything you need. Well done.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I could improve. It was excellent.

We had this trip to celebrate our anniversary. Loved the location. Bob and Donna were exceptional hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. We loved the extra touches. Having fresh milk in the fridge for a much needed cuppa. Loved the bottle of Proseco for our anniversary. We would definitely recommend a stay here. We would love to return next year. The room is very well thought out and had everything we needed for our stay.

A return stay at the Golf Studio, and yet again the hosts were amazing. Bob & Donna could not be anymore helpful in every way. The location is perfect for golf at Woodhall Spa. The breakfast is amazing - it is nice to request what you would like so nothing is wasted. The room is a great size, the shower is amazing and the facilities. So accommodating.

Leaving as the holiday was over. Other people may pickup on our comments and book this little gem (ha ha) shhhhhh

Ideal location in Woodhall Spa and within walking distance of all amenities including the Tea house in the woods restaurant and the Kinema in the woods. We would have liked to do more walking, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow this. Clean and comfortable, Bob was very friendly and welcoming and accommodated a later breakfast.

Would have been nice to have more than than one choice for breakfast of just full english each morning, for example cereal, fresh fruit, croissants

The room was a large en-suite with a great shower room. There was a big bed and a small kitchen area with sink, fridge, microwave plus all utensils and crockery/mugs etc. There was milk and orange juice in the fridge as well as coffee/tea available. As a bonus there was an air con/heating unit in the main room. Breakfast was served in the room. Perfect on a day when it was 30 degrees outside. The owners were very good at communicating before and during the stay. They organised an early check in so we could freshen up after a long drive and get changed for the wedding we were attending. They went above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to complain about.

The room had everything we needed and it was very private considering the building. Our room No1 was at the front but you don't hear any traffic or other noise. It was very clean and comfortable. Ideally located for the Abbey Farm Wedding venue, golfing or just Woodhall itself. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast description sounded fantastic but, unfortunately we don't eat that early so missed out on it.
