The choice at breakfast was the best i have had any where all quality products with so much choice nothing was to much trouble allowing you to change things around and choose different options loads of different tea and coffee fresh juice , cereal, toast top quality. The pub was in a great location 15 Min drive to Market Rasen . Had 2 meals in the restaurant both fantastic all the staff were lovely taking time to talk and check everything was ok , lovely garden to sit out and have a drink , loads of options at the bar , Stayed in room 1 overlooking the garden super clean and everything was also to a very high standard with a tea and coffee making facilities . Wish i had the steak pie !! next time Will 100% return

Rooms were clean, spacious and pretty - Bed was so comfortable - bathroom spotless and large. Ciaran showed me to my room and was so helpful, professional and friendly I was really welcomed nicely. Meghan at breakfast was an absolute star - The picture of perfect hostessing. Nothing was too much trouble (and I am usually trouble - with many dietary requirements) and she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. I had the most delicious breakfast ever and watched Meghan work with obvious love for her job - she was so nice to everyone on the phone and in person and spoke to other staff in the kitchen and bar with such a lovely friendly attitude. What a credit to the Adam and Eve! The gardens were just gorgeous and I spoke to the lovely man (the owner's dad) who was looking after the outdoor areas with so much attention to detail and we chatted about the plants and I got some great tips. Looking forward to returning when we have the next race at Cadwell Park. Lovely lovely place.

Everything was perfect.

We really liked the Adam and Eve, and would consider coming again. Most of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast's must rate as the best I have ever had, so tasty. The evening meals were very nice with the steak pie as very impressive and well recommended. The atmosphere in the pub was very friendly the drinks were on par with most pubs and the music in the background was very nice.

Bed too hard for me. We had a bath and separate shower which is always very nice, however there were no shelves or fitting handy to put shampoo, shower gel or anything else on.

The restaurant food was very good. Our meal on the first night was excellent. Breakfast (included in our accommodation cost) was also excellent. My only VERY MINOR niggle was that they wanted to charge extra at breakfast for a speciality tea (Earl Grey). This is literally the case of swapping a teabag, and seemed a bit mean. All of the staff were polite, courteous and attentive - couldn't have been better. Would highly recommend to others and would happily stay there again.

We would have preferred a twin room, but none seemed to be available, even though we were the only guests.

Location suited us, being near to Cadwell Park. Staff great apart from one.

First night i was unable to sleep, due to air con or ventilation system under our window running continuously throughout the night. Was too hot to shut the window. Last mornings breakfast waitress, was terrible. She asked what we would like for drinks, she only took my wife's order and walked away! Also did the same for the food order, I thought I was invisible! Apart from her everyone else was fantastic.

Wishing to extend our stay at the very last minute they managed to shuffle rooms to fit us in. The welcome was warm and friendly and everything ready for us in a lovely room with a great en-suite. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and all had an outstanding meal so there was no question about where we would eat on our second night. All staff were extremely helpful and smiley and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place is run at a very high standard of efficiency but very discreetly. The breakfast selection of freshly cooked food is absolutely delicious and really puts a smile on the grumpiest of morning faces. Don't bother trying to save a pound somewhere else - stay at the A&E, you won't regret it.

Would not like the room for a multi night stay as it has a sloping ceiling to the window which I find a bit claustrophobic (personal thing) also there was only a small hanging rail for clothes and the mattress was a bit soft for us. Also the step down just inside the door which is edged with bright yellow warning tape is a bit disconcerting but needed by H/S I suppose, but the room does have a gun cabinet!

Keeps old world charm but within an historic building they have built new state of the art hotel rooms with none of the drafts & dirty corners that cannot be avoided in a centuries old building. Comfortable bed, large en-suite with large overhead shower head - perfect for washing away the dust and grime after walking the wolds or visiting Cadwell Park. Rooms have been well thought out with light switches you can reach without nearly falling out of bed and working USB sockets. Large, airy restaurant with sensibly spaced tables giving you privacy whilst remaining cosy. Limited menu but that is because everything is chef prepared from good local ingredients - steak pie recommended. Located in a charming Wolds village with views of an almshouse it is historically linked to. Beer gardens front and back. With windows open you do get a little pun noise but bar shuts at sensible 2300 after which it is nice & quiet.

Plenty of parking however a popular destination restaurant do carpark can fill with diners - having said that I managed to get a place both nights.

The eggs royale breakfast was very well presented, generous amount of salmon and the breakfast team/arrival team were friendly. The room was lovely, just a minor issue with WiFi connection but overall it was great! Would definitely stay again. The garden was also very well maintained and a pleasant spot to start the day with my coffee in the sunshine.

The only small thing was signal for WiFi in room 4

Room was very nice and quiet, pleasantly decorated, and of a good size (we took our dog with us, a greyhound - she had enough space to be comfortable too!). Bed was comfy. The food at the pub itself was very tasty with good portion sizes, and some good ales too!

Only thing that obviously could have been better, was that the toilet roll in the room itself was the standard 'public toilet' large roll on a big plastic dispenser, which detracted from what otherwise felt like a cozy space
