The location to the proximity of the convention center was great. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The staff was great too.

The main reason I got a hotel so close to the convention center is because I wanted to save on parking. I could walk to the convention center from the hotel in about 10 minutes. Parking in a parking structure was $30. What I found out about the hotel is that they charge you $20 to park in their parking lot. This was the first time in my life that I was charged to park my vehicle in the parking lot of which I am a paying customer. YOU THINK that that would be included in the price to stay at the hotel. If feels like nickel & dime stuff. Best western should include that in their price and let someone make the decision as to whether or not they want to stay there.

We were looking for an hotel in Downtown Phoenix for the last night before catching a flight back home and this hotel ended up being exactly what we needed. Not looking for anything very fancy but still a clean room, a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast for a very fair price and the BWDP was all that and more.

When we arrived there was a little confusion about the booking but everything was taken care by the front desk and then by the manager and we managed to get the agreed refund so nothing bad to say about the people that work here.

We came from New Zealand. We were very impressed. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent something for everyone. Bed was a very comfortable bed and everything nice and clean and attended to. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent easy walk to downtown the light rail. This hotel exceeded our expectations it was excellent value for money.

We stayed five nights. Travel is not easy when we get older. The location was very good. It was close enough to walk most days except for the 100 degree weather. Breakfast was really good. The staff was efficient and friendly. I like to exercise in the swimming pool and the pool was warm and clean. The self laundry was clean and I used it twice. Ride share is easy from this location. We didn't rent a car. We didn't need it. We went to a wedding in Mesa and didn't have any trouble getting there and back with Lyft. I recommend this place and I will be back there sometime. The room was big with two queen beds. The sheets and towels were good quality.

I can't think of anything.

Breakfast was wonderful for the first two days. However, the last day, there was a huge group of people who cleaned the breakfast bar out. The poor girl running the breakfast was doing her best to restock the food, but she couldn’t keep up. The location of the place was great for our conference at the Sheraton, which was an 8 minute walk. Overall, a good stay with no complaints!

The beds, bedding and pillows were the absolute best! Room was a great size!

Didn't like the fact that the washroom doors for the pool/spa were always locked and that you had to go to reception for a key while dripping wet and having to go very urgently. This was a very poor set up. Suggestion: get a door handle installed with key pad for your guests!!

The beds were super comfy! the AC unit was awesome, so easy to control the climate in the room and you could even turn the fan off if you don't want it constantly running. The fridge kept my beer nice and cold! The microwave was super convenient! The location is fantastic! Arizona State University is right across the street. The breakfast was from 6am to 9 and then till 10 on weekends. It was great! Hot scrambled eggs, biscuits, bacon and sausage links! There is a gas station on 7'th St if you need snacks, beer, gas, etc. Be sure to eat at Taco Boys! Best mexican food ever, it's on 7'th St.

Nothing cause it was all good! Perfect 10

We originally chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Chase Field, and stay there 5 or 6 times a year. We always enjoy the free breakfasts, friendly staff and clean rooms.

There is a parking fee of $18 per night, but that's not unusual for hotels in the downtown Phoenix area.

Awesome location near Roosevelt Row. I especially loved walking to the farmer's market on Saturday morning. All the staff members I spoke with were also very friendly and helpful. Would stay gain for sure.

Pillows weren't super comfortable. The drain in the bathroom was also slow to drain. They seemed to be having some troubles with their laundry as well because there was a lack of pool towels and we had to jump through some hoops to get extra towels for the room.

Nice hotel positioned in Downtown Phoenix, room was large, with Two Queen sized beds, and facilities on site, including breakfast were very good. Hotel is situated near the arts district with lots of great bards and restaurants which we had a little time to explore. Well worth a visit.

Rooms need a refurb, but were ok for a short stay.
