I always love your coffee shop offerings and small bites ; I forgot to use the pool but I was so busy doing other fun things !!! I keep coming back to this particular property year after year with my kids and it’s always a pleasant stay

The elevator doesn’t always read the room key or it takes several tries before it reads it and sometimes another person would swipe their card first and we had to wait for them to get off to attempt to swipe our card again and hopefully go to our specific floor

The hotel is beautiful, it's in a great location and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were great as well, and they cleaned my room everyday, which is a great bonus these days. I thought the restaurants were very good too, with very good meals. I was there for an event, and the catering for one of the social days was really amazing.

The hotel was a bit noisy, even at night. It seemed like the noise was coming from an equipment (not the HVAC in the room).

Location, food, cleanliness - all good.

Misleading “food vouchers” - they give you $25 daily f&b credit which they would charge anyway as “urban fee” per day. That’s generally great but at Booking.com they marked this urban/destination fee being applied once “per stay” (it was included in our booking) but when we were at the hotel they claimed it needs to be applied “daily” so they charged us extra $ for that. Advice to management to fix this so there’s no misinformation on B.com causing confusion and frustration to the guests like us.

Great location downtown close to some great dinning, bars and coffee places. Nicely renovated rooms and comfy beds and pillows, the pool was great too and gym facilities were modern/super clean.

Would have been nice to have had a heads-up on any special events taking place which the hotel was hosting....We arrived to find out that the hotel was hosting the Comic Con and Anime Convention and we had significant issues with self and valet parking. We were forced to use the public parking facility across the street and were told by valet that there was no on-site parking available which was disappointing considering we stayed for 7 nights and would have preferred the convenience of on-site parking.

Excellent location in mid town and very close to Phoenix convention center, excellent and very friendly staff who were very supportive. Miss Sarah in the reception was of great help. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I took a room with club access, and that made a big difference. The club was very comfortable with excellent food provided for breakfast. Thank you all

The location of the hotel is in the center of Phoenix and lots of restaurants are nearby. The room was clean and spacious. In addition, the complimentary self parking was very nice.

The breakfast options at the lounge can be improved to include further options.

How clean and up to date the rooms was. The breakfast at the bar was convenient and affordable. I liked how close the hotel was to the convention center.

I did not like the high prices in the shop. I expect prices to be higher due to convenience but not that high especially for phone charging cords.

Location is ideally situated right in downtown Phoenix. The hotel is very clean. The gym and pool are great. The air-conditioning was amazing and kept the room at 67 degrees the entire time.

Didn't like the $5 price on a can of soda.

Only complaint I had was the extended period of time exiting the parking deck. Other than that the property was very nice. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily which I loved.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The Carcara restaurant employees need more training. The hostess was uninterested in her job, the waiter was SLOW and did not take our order...we gave it to a manager instead, and for the price, I expected more.
