My room with a king size bed was very large. Great value for the price. Room was very quiet and super clean. It was a very pleasant surprise to have a full kitchen in my room. They accommodated my slightly-early check in. The toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn smelled delicious! The room was slightly outdated, but in wonderful condition. Did not use the pool, but it felt adequately heated for winter. They check in by text to make sure your needs are met during your stay. Very impressive and personal service.

No complaints. Happy customer! It would be very nice EXTRA to receive a bottle of water at check in or in the room, as a welcome to the desert.

The room, bathroom, kitchen, and beds were great. We loved staying there. It was close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. They responded to my questions immediately. Our room location was perfect, too.

We used the pool everyday. The pool and jacuzzi could have been cleaner. They were a little cloudy. Howver, we did love the music provided.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. *Parking was convenient as was the pool, just a few steps away. We liked the location too, far enough away from all the tourists yet close enough that we didn't have to drive far to get to the touristy areas.

We liked everything, but want to mention a few needing attention. 1) the seat pillows on the sofa bed kept sliding forward needing frequent adjusting. 2) The night light on our patio cast light into our room at night and the curtains couldn't completely shut it out. 3) *I would also recommend a couple of handicap parking spaces on each end of the building we were assigned.

Great, quiet & walkable, scenic location

Bell Rock Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, regularly checking in via their text messaging system to ensure our stay was going well. The hotel is conveniently located, offering stunning views of the nearby red-rock buttes and easy access to local trails and attractions. The amenities were fantastic - we especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. The complimentary laundry room was also a much-appreciated bonus. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend Bell Rock Inn to anyone visiting the area.

The room was a full 1 bedroom apartment including a kitchen with basic plates and pans. A/C and hot water worked. The view to a mesa out on the front balcony was exactly what I want in Sedona. It also overlooked a highway, but that wasn't terribly busy. Big Park Bakery is a block or so down the road. It has croissants the size of my head and good coffee. The pool looked good, though we didn't use it. It is a good stopping point for Tesla EVs. There is a supercharger down the street.

Be mindful if you get a second floor room, there are no elevators. It is not a short walk to Sedona. It is about a 20 minute drive from Sedona center. However if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is a good spot.

I liked Ivan the manager for his professionalism and responsibility, house keeping was great. The location was perfect for me and the grounds were clean and nice. I loved my stay there after everything got sorted out.

When I first arrived late at night the suite I was assigned wasn't at all what I had rented and prepaid. I was really disappointed and I spoke to several front desk people but it was Manager Ivan ,the next day, who listened to me and was accountable and made the effort and found me the perfect suite. I'm very grateful to him as I was there for a long stay.

Hotel was very nice and great location.

Check in is later than most hotels, (4pm) and earlier than most. (10am)

Very clean ,bright room, comfy bed Kitchen had everything that was needed. Great outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi to sooth our tired hiking legs and feet. Simply nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona!

*The room being located right next to the outer exit door, which closed with a loud thud as folks entered and left. (not conducive to getting or staying asleep!) *The lack of bureau or drawer space to unpack suitcases. *A constant humming noise from a motor running somewhere outside the room, which lasted all night. (After a while is sort of became sort of 'white noise', but still was unsettling if you focused on it.)

Location is really convenient to explore the area. Nice and spacious room, kitchen was fully equipped. Overall extremely comfortable. Swimming pool was also really clean and the hot tub definitely a plus! Nice restaurants nearby. Luxury feeling overall.

Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.
