The fact that it was so clean and welcoming, despite the price, was such a nice surprise. Jenny on the front desk was so incredibly lovely and helpful, I really felt like she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. All the staff were great though. The pool area was awesome! And as a family with young children it was so nice to be able to unwind in this area. So close to Disney, as well as a nice five minute walk to central Anaheim. After a long flight from New Zealand it was the perfect place to arrive to. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very professional,kind and friendly. The location is good and beautiful. I loved the hotel and I would definitely love to come again.

I wanted to mention that the parking fee is a little bit expensive for me. I was planning to rent a car but I found out that I would have to pay double the price per day just to use the hotel parking lot. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Staff, staff, staff.. so friendly so helpful, went way and beyond to help us have good vacation. Hotel is nice, very family friendly, smoking banned on the whole property, quite hours, etc.

There is no bathrobes available in the hotel. Cleaning of the rooms you have to book ahead with a front desk, and restaurant in the hotel (which has really good food and drinks) has really weird business hours - which didn't work out with our schedule at all.

I didn’t like that the bathrooms didn’t have vents. So for a family of 4 taking showers the room got very humid even with the A/C running. In the morning it was so humid that our clothes that we had laying out were damp. Other than that, our stay was near perfect.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful with dining suggestions for our special dietary needs. We had several meals in the hotel restaurant, too. The menu offered enough options to satisfy us, but the best part we’re the servers. Genuinely friendly and helpful, and they truly made our stay a happy one. It’s so important to start and end a busy day with caring people who take the time to remember what you like.

My husband must eat gluten-free, and there was No gluten-free bread for him. This is such an easy thing to keep on hand, and there are so many people who have gluten sensitivity or allergies. I thin a second grab bar in the shower would be advisable.

our stay was FANTASTIC, and it started with Hazels EXCELLENT customer service. The entire staff was amazing. very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is clean. Pool area is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again on our family vacation.

Great, clean room with comfortable beds. Staff were really nice and we enjoyed ending our day in the hot tub!

As the hotel is beside the highway there was some traffic noise (our room faced the road but there were rooms that didn’t) but it wasn’t too bad overall - we put on the fan in our room at night for some white noise. Only other thing I’d say is that we had a hard time figuring out our safe.

Even though it was a Disneyland hotel, it was quiet and nice. My kids loved the pool. The beds were super comfortable. It was a really nice hotel.

I get that it’s super close to Disneyland, but paying a fee of $75 for two nights of parking is a little steep.

Incredible staff, rooms were clean and nice and hot tub was great.

Pillows are rough, makes for a lot of tossing and turning and the connecting doors have inch gaps under them and you can hear everything the room next door is saying all night and morning including a screaming baby for 3 days in a row.

Facilities was clean and remained clean during my stay. The staff we very friendly!

Not “I didn’t like” however, maybe a suggestion. This was my very first trip to Anaheim, CA so was very clueless about the area. When I asked the front desk staff about directions around the hotel and was not able to help me because she said she didn’t know the area. I was mapping a walking path to Angels Stadium and didn’t know how to get there. Of course I ended up googling it. It would be helpful if staff knew the basic streets and directions to local venues. Just a suggestion 😊
