Staff was great. Location was awesome and close to a restaurant. The room did seem clean.

Even though the location is great, the room we stayed in was very dated, stains in carpet, furniture was very used. It just felt a bit over priced for us. It seems like a lot of hotels in this area would fall into the same bucket. It just seems a bit over priced, not quite the value we were looking for.

The floor needed to be mopped and furniture needed to be dusted.. did not smell disinfected. 😷 Wall heater unit needed to be cleaned and dusted. Furniture chipped and looked warn. Bed not made well. I was hoping for clean sheets!😬 I dusted and disinfected all the handles table. Not sure if a cleaning person knows how to clean and disinfect a room. I asked for extra towels and she didn't understand English. Do you train people to use more than one towel to clean a room? The toilet did not look disinfected?? I disinfected as much as I could.

This place was nice. It was a great location and had a beautiful view. I was supposed to have been upgraded, but they put me in the original room that I first booked. That room was nice, but I wanted my upgrade with a better view cause I wanted to spend my birthday in style. I was moved to my upgraded room the next day and I have to say that my original room was actually better minus the good view. The upgraded room was nice but very dated and had an old feel to it. It felt like that room wasn’t used very often. If they just do some minor updates to the room, it would definitely be a lovely stay. Other than that little hiccup, everything else was great including the staff. I would definitely stay again that’s for sure.

Location, location, location. Breakfast delivery option creative. Excellent handout provided with info on TV stations, area restaurants, hotel info. Very spacious room with nice, comfortable bed & pillows. Thick towels. Microwave & refrigerator in room. Helpful staff. Lots of parking.

Overall a bit worn and dated. Rooms could be cleaner (chair upholstery, dirty windows that obstructed water view & torn screen in window, wire shelving in room was not anything I'd put my clothes on). Update needed to bathrooms...counter height very low!! No drawers or shelves to put things on in bathrooms. No USB outlets and several electrical outlets didn't work.

Location was perfect and right next to a popular restaurant. The beach is right across the street. David checked us in and provided great customer service. We upgraded to an ocean view room and David made sure we had an upstairs balcony room for our 8 day stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t need service at all and actually got new towels from the nice ladies cleaning the rooms. Bed was comfy and had lots of pillows! I loved the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Fridge and microwave and ice machine along with 2 hot tubs. Overall an amazing time we had!

Nothing to complain about. Actually liked the quiet of the hotel, and if we needed anything at all, all we had to do was ask!

The location and accommodations were very good.

The window opened right to the parking lot and there was one curtain - it had to be either completely closed or completely open. So as we got ready in the morning, we had no daylight because we had the curtain closed for privacy. Would be nice to have some shears or blinds or something underneath the blackout curtain. We had no luggage rack in our room on arrival, but we were with friends and they had an extra and brought it to us. It is not worth having a coffee maker in your room when you have powdered coffee creamer. A few of the small individual creamers in the refrigerator would really be appreciated.

The room was great. Awesome view. Loved the tub. The beach is right there. We walked the boardwalk along Moonstone Beach every day. Hearst Castle is right there and we love to go there. Went to see the Elephant seals. Shopping in Morro Bay. We love Cambria.

Bed was too squishy. Didn’t leave us enough toilet paper and we had to keep calling. No sugar for the coffee in the lobby during the whole stay. I grabbed some off the housekeeping cart a couple times. Small stuff. Nothing major.

Loved the location next to the beach and so close to the boardwalk. The staff was super-friendly. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The noise from the parking lot and from the cabins next door was a little much sometimes. It would have been nice to have more ice water available in the lobby 24/7 even when it's coffee/tea time (rather than having to buy the water in the room). A couple of times when I was there, the water was gone.

We recently stayed at Cambria Landing & couldn’t wait to return. We booked it again. It turned out that they overbooked but they immediately gave us an alternative at a sister hotel (Pelican Inn & Sweets-right down the street on Moonstone). Not only did they provide us with an upgraded room with a direct ocean view (superb room), but they discounted the rate, which was already a really good mobile rate! Plus, they threw in a bottle of wine. Icing on the cake was the hotel desk clerk, who was so incredibly sweet and accommodating, from start to finish. Beautiful grounds, too! We will book with them again, for sure!!!

Couldn't ask for a better room. Clean and comfortable. Partial ocean view. Spa tub was amazing. And its a double tub, biggest one ive ever seen. Fits 2 people side by side so much space. Hot water, huge shower and bathroom. Fireplace. Ac worked. Gentleman at front desk was great. Friendly and handled our requests above and beyond. Have stayed a few times over the years and is top notch every time!

Only wish check in could be slightly earlier to enjoy such a fabulous room but otherwise no complaints
