Love the location and having the pool and hot tub.

I have been coming to the hotel for the past 15 years or more. Now they are making us pay for parking that’s ridiculous, it’s not a big city with limited space. The pet fee is ridiculous as well. We usually bring our dogs but it was cheaper to leave them at home with a pet sitter. It’s sad to see the extra charges I won’t be back.

Comfortable stay outside of the touristy heart of Carmel. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The grounds are relaxing and amenities enjoyable. Love the outdoor firepits in the courtyard and comfortable places to relax and enjoy. Pricey but where in Carmel isn't? We would come back here again.

Noise level: Our room was next to the pool and hot tub. Despite curfew hours where pool/hot tub are closed, there were a group of guests who jumped the fence and were drinking and talking loudly enough to wake us around midnight - 2am. Room was also just outside the elevator lobby area for our floor and late night guests were quite loud.

Great location. Short drive to downtown Carmel. Cute lobby and hang out area.

This was just our room- the shower leaked on to the floor quite a bit. Didn’t cause much a problem other than laying down a towel to soak it up.

It's a beautiful hotel, safe, convenient location, clean and has everything you need right there. We only stayed one night but I was so tempted to stay longer because it was that beautiful and nice. There's restaurants within walking distance and a gas station as well, it's super convenient. The room was very modern, spotless and comfortable bed.

I wish there was a microwave and a bigger fridge to put our leftover meals in. There is no fan or anything to drown out the noise in the morning when ppl start waking up and being loud. Also there is a parking fee for $30 and no complimentary breakfast or free drinks for happy hour... seemed like they charged for everything but overall we liked it.

Location, asked for Balcony and staff happily accommodated me. Very clean lobby and smelling great. Good presentation when coming in to being with. Easily walk to The Barnyard and enjoy a great dinner at the

I didn't like that the place had an open half-glass and half-no-door shower. You have to find yourself constantly showering in hot water which makes your body very irritated and too dry after the shower. The place should invest in making fully closed shower doors. Also, you need to take inventory of all your white towels and bed sheets with yellow stains on them and remove them from returning to the hotel rooms. It conveys a disgusting message to the customers that there were some serious human stains from other previous stays. NOT A HEALTHY THING TO SEE!!!

Lovely room, super clean, breakfast best we had on holiday, pool and gym lovely and the location was amazing. All the staff were really friendly and nice. If u turn left u are in the road to big sur and there is a beach on that road with lifeguard so really great. Only a 20 min walk from Carmel by the sea town which is fab with beautiful beach and sunset. Gem of a hotel.

When first arrived and went to room and looked out all o could see and hear was traffic..but it was quiet at night and as we had a balcony it was nice to enjoy the mountains in the evening and u wouldn’t know when in pool didn’t hear any traffic so perfect. Also as it is a dog friendly hotel I was nervous as my son suffers from asthma but the room and hotel are so clean he had no problems which is amazing thanks…but also is a reflection of how good the cleaning staff are so thankyou.

The staff was amazing and very accomodating, I would definitely like to return.

I did not like that i had to pay 100 per night for my tiny tiny dog which was much more expensive than in other locations specially because I was only there for one night. Plus the cost of parking 30 so I honestly thought it was too costly for one night. I paid close to 400 a night. I was not pleased about this, 50 on the dog and 20 on the parking would have been reasonable but 130 plus the extra charges for truly nothing was dissapointing.

The stay was a good fit for us. We traveled with our two pugs, and the inn was very accommodating. The room was easy or maintain, as it had areas for the dogs to relax. Then location is perfect! The Crossroads and Barnyard are both within walking distance and have all the restaurants and stores. There’s a bike a path near the inn. We were able to walk our dogs there without any problem.

We were initially charged a pet fee per day. After bringing it up to the staff, they worked with us to fix the mistake. We appreciated that the issue was resolved promptly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently give it a 10/10. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the property was evident; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining. It made exploring the area a breeze. What truly stood out, though, was the friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, always greeting me with warm smiles and helpful tips.

Dog area could have some grass.

Clean, modern, well-kept. Fun lobby with fireplace and board games! Nice, large tv with movie steaming for kids to watch while swimming!

Noise, I’m very sensitive to noise and could hear kids playing in the pool through my closed sliding door and window. The elevator was just outside our room and the mechanical sounds could be heard. Loud people could also be heard. The room service was disappointing! The food was expensive and came in paper plates and cups and utensils!
