We had just one nights stay at the hotel. It was very nice and an amazing location too. The room was a satisfactory for a one night stay although our TV didn't work which was somewhat dissapointing. The bar area and outside tables where a perfect place to watch the sunset over Morro Bay.

The location was perfect for our needs. The bar area was amazing, relaxing and had a stunning landscape to look out upon.

Setting, view, restaurant on site, happy hour, pool and spa. The maintenance guys were very helpful.

My room was right next to some room with equipment making noise. It woke me up and was loud. I had a view of the parking lot with no where to sit outside my room. The pool hours were 10-10 and I wanted to swim in the morning. Kind of late if check out is at 11. The property didn’t go out of their way to welcome me like other places I’ve stayed in Morro Bay, i.e, messages about my room being ready earlier, hoping my stay was wonderful. I’ve been driving back and forth to soCal for about 20 years and always stay in MB on the drive home and I guess I just want to be appreciated and welcomed.

Cute! Quaint! And Quiet! Our stay included a King bed with balcony and it didn’t disappoint us. The balcony provided nice view of the water (we were in rm 225, upstairs corner unit), bed was super comfy, small fridge, and large tv. Although breakfast was not available the following day (server shortage) they served coffee in the lobby, very good with the views! Restaurant/bar happy hour provided attentive service. The quiet grounds with birds cooing in the trees was super delightful we could have stayed longer.

Happy Hour in the bar area was loud, probably the shouting bar maids and acoustics (I’m old!). Our room bathroom needed a deep cleaning from the shower floor and loose shower grate to door with dirty hands. Sorry!

Beautiful location, right on the water with great views. Food was very good, grounds are nice, staff we encountered were very friendly, very close to a golf course, short drive to town, great restaurants in Morro Bay, especially The Galley.

Any properties on the waterfront sustain damage. Room 521 needs attention. No body soap in shower because dispenser was missing, had to request soap from housekeeping, smoke detector was hanging loose on wall, bed wasn’t very comfortable. Room needs a general refreshing.

The location is lovely, and it is quiet as compared to being downtown. I usually want to stay in one of your ocean front rooms.

The bathrooms need some attention to mold, broken fans, and rust. I know you have been trying to upgrade your rooms and yet keep them rented. Completing the improvements, so the rooms don’t look like it was a rush job, would leave a better impression.

This place was super nice! The room was really nice blinds that looked very nice. Great TV, super comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice carpet, just really nice everything. We could see the pool/hot tub from our room as well as the ocean and the harbor. It was honestly amazing. We could also see the golf course across the street from our bathroom window. All the staff were super nice and courteous. They had water and coffee in room and in the lobby. The lobby is super nice and there is a really cool bar and a restaurant both with views of the ocean and harbor. I was honestly amazed at how nice this place was for the price we paid. We stayed on a Sunday night so maybe that's a cheaper night or maybe we just got a sick deal through Booking.com but either way we were happy about it. Also, the hotel is inside the state park which is awesome.

The Inn desperately need an upgrade, falling apart. Rooms are smelly. Receptionist asked us when we checked in if we want service in our rooms the following morning, i said yes ... needless to say rooms were not serviced. I asked at reception and a lady by the name Maria was very rude. I asked her if she realised that we the guests are paying her salary, if there were no guest because her attitude stink what then. Told me she doesn't care, they only service rooms every 3rd day thats the policy. If we want anything we must ask at reception. I would say a no go resort!!! Lots of nicer places centrally located. I rather pay extra and get good service at my holiday destinations.

The location and hotel were excellent. The value for money is excellent. The gardens filled with flowers and birds are wonderful.

The woman at the desk at the restaurant was basically rude and dsimissive. She did not greet up when we came up to the check-in as she was busy having a long conversation with another guest with a dog. Then when she did acknowledge us we asked for outdoor, she told us where to go. She did not follow with menus or send a waiter. Eventually, after quite a long time a lovely friendly young man came and was surprised we did not have a menu nor had any help. When that same woman did come out to the nation she spoke to another table of guests who also had a dog and ignored us but took our plates without a word.. If I was a foreign traveler I would wonder if we could expect this poor treatment everywhere. Everything else was excellent

We love the view, the food, and the location.

I would have given it a ten all around. Unfortunately the next day we realized our bedroom was never locked because the locking devise was broken. That’s a major breach in our security! We were lucky nothing happened but to wake up in all that beauty and realized your security was compromised did not set well with me. Because of this we had to adjust our plans making us rushed into our itinerary because we couldn’t leave our things in the room to explore since no maintenance was available till ten in the morning. And all we got is an apology. Not even a compensation for delaying us in getting our breakfast and pushing us to check out sooner! No effort was made in making things right. Such a shame for such a beautiful place.
