Room space and staff receptive to needs when asked.

Parking lot too far for individuals with mobility issues. Dropped off spouse but had to walk back alone in poorly lit walkways to hotel entrance

The hotel itself is great. Our room was very nice, clean and had everything that we needed.

The fact that parking at the hotel is $37 a night is outrageous. I don't mind paying a bit more for a nicer hotel but to charge your guests this much on top of the already "higher" room rate is unreasonable. I was also very disappointed with the fact that despite having 3 elevators in the building, my family and I had to wait for an elevator at least 10-15 every time we left our room. To make matters worse, there are no alternate means of getting to the third floor or above as I was told by a gentleman at the front desk that the stairs require a code and are only for emergencies. This was a huge inconvenience for me an others guests.

Good

Drove 120 miles on 6/3 to be close to Sharp Memorial hospital. Wife had chemo port installed Tuesday. Had very restless night. Went to hospital 9am Wednesday for labs and 1st chemotherapy. Finished at 5:45 in afternoon & drove home. I asked for late checkout till 2pm. Was charged $75 for a short nap. Paid for room, breakfast. Feel hotel shouldn’t charge that. Said policy. No compassion. Going to be coming back at least 6 times for chemo plus extended stay for surgery. Charge for late checkout under circumstances is a greedy policy. Jim Webb 619-992-3237

The maid did a wonderful job cleaning. Parking is like a cave and the few parking spaces in front get quickly taken. The second night I was there the room upstairs must of had children. They were playing around and running. It was so loud i couldn't sleep.

I didn't like that I had to put a deposit. I didn't use any of your services or the little store. I feel you DON"T have the right to hold my money hostage because I may or may not use them. The traffic in this area is terrible and we were stuck in intersections with no were to go.

Comfortable bed super nice pillows! Nice size room loved having a mini fridge in the room too! Out of all the hotels we have stayed in this was by far the most comfortable bed! I slept like a princess!

We had a handicap accessible room the water from the shower sprayed out and made the floor super slippery, also not a lot of light in the bathroom to do my make up. One other this I really missed was a long mirror so I could have see what my outfit looked like all together. Also the shower head bar in the room was very loose

Nice stay everything looks so nice and pretty. The staff was really polite and helpful they helped with a situation in the room right away. No complaints at all.

The parking shouldn’t have a fee if you’re a guest at hotel.

Very friendly staff. Made me feel welcome! Smooth elevator. Room was clean and tastefully designed. quiet and restful time spent. The food was delicious! It was a lot of food and I'd wasted a lot. I should have checked the child's menu. Will next time.

The live TV guide didn't matched what was actually showing. Had to do a lot of channel surfing, but it was ok. The USB connectors on the bedside lamps weren't working. The one on the lamp next to TV was loose and I had to jiggle it around before it connected.

We never ordered anything from the hotel because of the $225 charge for nothing.

One of the staff in the front desk charge us $225 dollars he didn't even explain it well cause, I know I already paid in advance for our stay but all of a sudden the time we check in he is charging for something that we didn't even use it. for me it does not make any sense to charge that kind of amount.

Continental breakfast is really good. Also the restaurant area feels very comfortable and very clean. Rooms have been renovated so those feel very comfortable and cozy.

Parking is expensive and cars are not very safe, also there is smell in the garage area. Gym is very small and treadmills are not enough. you need to wait a lot. You need to ask for clean service with 24 hours, rate was more than 250 dlls per night, I dont understand why we need to ask for this, this should be normal service.

The view was beautiful (we were on the 11th floor). I was able to pick my room beforehand. The location is right near the freeway. Very quiet. Clean room. Check-out was very easy (we used express). Worth the price!

The marketplace downstairs only took cash. The front desk staff didn’t let us know there is no microwave in our room even though we bought microwaveable items. Didn’t let us know there was a microwave in the lobby for our use either. Our digital key and check in through the Hilton Honors app did not work. Had to go to front desk which defeats the whole purpose. This is not the first time this error has occurred either. Digital key only worked after physical check-in.
