The unexplained charges like the 25$ ,destination fee, the tourism fee, the BS fees and other useless fees. Next time please let me know ahead what is the final amount because this practice is illegal. Immoral. And unethical. Bait and switch.

I like the size, the view and the overall structural of the room. And I like the food and drinks very much. The service at the bar and the restaurant were great.

It took a long time for the shower head to stop watering. And the heater was a little bit loud for me. Luckily, I don't need surroundings that is completely quiet for me to fall asleep. The first day after I checked in, the cleaning lady didn't clean my room but I am not sure whether if it was because I put on the Don't Disturb Sign between 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the door.

The room and bayside view was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. And the free water bottles provided were excellent.

The staff were not friendly nor delivered good customer service. Very few of the staff smiled or were warm. Most had their heads down and lacked making eye contact making them unapproachable. For the price of the stay at this Hotel I’d think the least they could do regarding the breakfast buffet is serve real eggs, or have a chef making omelette’s and eggs to order. Lastly, our tv had all the streaming apps but we were unable to connect to any which was very frustrating.

If you're looking for the hotel for three or four days to look around the city this is the best reasonable hotel. Located in the city center (close to harbor, santafe station, little italy, etc.) and the room condition is not bad considering the price and location. I searched up many hotels in San Diego and this was the best choice. You may not be able to find such reasonable hotel in terms of the price, service, parking, and room.

The location is just a short walk to the bay front where you can find multiple touristy attractions.

The property chargers $56 a day for valet parking. There is a parking garage directly across the street which is a 30 second walk to the hotel for $25 a day. This is the same parking garage valet will use to park your car. So just walk across the street for the 30 second walk and save $25

Pleasantly surprised! A social happy hour, tickets to a museum and an airport shuttle were included with our stay. The location is great.

We had 4 guests and the social hour ticket was only for 2. The bathroom door closes automatically, which wasn't a huge deal but slightly annoying as there was no fan.

Central location, comfy bed & sheets, shower with non slip bath mat provided. $10 vouchers X 4 for use over stay. Loved shower heads & toiletries provided. Was on floor 22 expected great views. Welcoming staff, attentive. Only stayed due to cheap package deal at the last minute.

Bathroom - needed attention - dusty ledge near taps showed it had not been cleaned, there were dry watermarks around taps, toilet needed a brush clean for stains at the bottom. Both creamer & half milk supplies left floaties in my coffee. Fresh supplies were required. No views to rave about from floor 22.

The hotel was really well located, quiet and very clean.

I selected a room price because it specifically said that breakfast was included for that price. However, when we arrived at the property, we were informed that the price only included breakfast for 2 people even though the room was reserved for 3 people. If we had known that ahead of time, we wouldn’t have paid for that room because then we had to pay an additional $26 for a third person’s breakfast.

The room and view was beautiful. Very clean. They gave us an upgraded room at no extra charge. The bed was so comfortable and the robe was so soft. Rooftop pool and hot tub at night is stellar. Valet service rocked.

Front desk staff was a bit cold to us at check in and check out (valet staff was awesome). Breakfast not included and the restaurant is super expensive for the buffet. They did give us a $10 coupon for the coffee shop but it was still ridiculously priced. No hot water in the shower, would only get lukewarm at best! That was disappointing.
