Location was nice, Duty Manager Daniel was exceptional and changed my initial opinion of the place - he provided above exceptional service. Very nice room and nice facilities. Loved the 24 hr gym and amenities inside. Free water. All requests made before arriving were set up for me.

Limited room service menu and only serves till 9pm. Check in experience was no good and confusing. People who brought the fridge to my room just left it there without proper setup and had to push the heavy fridge myself to the right location. There is no fridge in the room despite being advertised as having one. You need to pay $25 for one. Daniel waived the fee for me.

The location is perfectly situated. Walking distance to seaport village, the ferry, and to little Italy. IHG hotels are always clean and luxurious. They clean daily and have keurigs in the room. The views were awesome and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The only negative is that the room doesn’t come with a fridge for personal use. Luckily we had an ice chest but it was a little challenging over a 3 night stay due to keeping drinks cool and not being able to have left overs.

The room was awesome, a bit of low water pressure, but it worked. The view was pretty entertaining and perfect for us. The staff and service was a cut above most. The lobby bar and restaurant are spacious with a view and outdoor dining available. Parking was expensive. However, parking was convenient and safe. All in all, it was a great launching spot for all of our adventures.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. Parking is expensive. Water pressure in the room, but that wasn't a show stopper. My check-in was a little frightening, my reservation was in my first name rather than my last (which is what the desk representative was requesting), the problem was solved efficiently then we were off to the time of our lives.

The staff were great more than helpful. And we got room cleaned every day, Not what we are used to on the east coast

The pillows could have been better, and at least they keep the homeless away from this location. It looked like the other spots in town weren’t so lucky

The location and view was great

When you check in they tell you, you have a 20$/day discount optional at the bar or resto but they don’t tell you the extra $47.00/day fee called Amenity Fee - no choice - it is not a good surprise at the end. .. lack of transparency - hotel answer…. Check with Booking.com - the pleasure of service should be free - not as the hotel said… complementary with an extra fee at the end.

Perfect location. Excellent facilities. Staff at allmlevels of this hotel excel in all that they do. Room service, front desk and in a special note to the restaurant and bar staff (Eman and Daniel) that made our stay simply exceptional.

Ocean view was beautiful. Staff was helpful and answered any and all questions. Manager on site was very attentive to any concerns. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Not much to dislike. To be able to choose your room preference when booked months in advance would be a great perk but other than that the room and stay were exceptional. I'm a huge fan of city views but was not able to solidify the room I had anticipated to we opted for an ocean view instead. I was worried at first given the decision was outside my norm but was I wrong! The view was spectacular and a relaxing change from seeing city happenings. Would definitely recommend.

The cleanliness and location made it a good value

The staff was inconsistent. The front desk clerk double charges me then had to credit me back. The bartender was polite at first then forgot about us stating he was trying to close early then got a rush.

It is walking distance to many touristic places, you have very nice views!

There is homeless people and the area needs lighting.

The hotel's pricing is on the higher side, and the cost of parking is notably expensive.
