Valet, housekeeping, restaurant servers, front desk all gave us top notch care. They were personable and asked great questions to meet our expectations. The view, grounds, sunsets were incredible. It’s was such a treat to be pampered especially since we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Hope to visit again. Grateful for this memorable experience. 😉

The room was a bit small, however, very efficient lay out. It’s minor but the opening of the shower door is a bit awkward. I made the mistake of showering the bathroom floor the 1st use. The patio doors were difficult to open but loved having a place to sit outside!

Peaceful location with east access to Santa Barbara (by car). Golf nearby. Really loved the vibe - laid back Californian. Upmarket but in an understated way.

The adult pool was on the middle of the hotel buildings and not very picturesque as a result. The main pool was very busy. Would still definitely return to this hotel but the pools were not the best set up we’ve experienced.

Beautiful grounds and service! Loved complimentary yoga in the morning.

We had multiple issues with our room. The a/c didn’t work the first night. Toilet had flushing issue. There were 3 of us in a room and only 2 seats on the balcony. Had to request more. Staff was very responsive and accommodating… It was too expensive to have these kinds of issues!

The staff was amazing. Beautiful location!

Enjoyed that the resort was next to the ocean and next to a secluded beach. Enjoyed that the resort fee included electric bike rental and gym/ exercise classes. Loved that the room had a patio that we could sit out on and had a sitting area inside the room as well. Most of the staff we encountered were kind and accommodating.

Didn't like that we were required to have valet parking, but it was most convenient if you texted to get your car it would be ready for you to pick up.

beautiful location. even on the foggy days the property still felt romantic. service was impeccable…gracious staff from the valet to the front desk to the manager.

we had some issues with the cleanliness of the room. it took several conversations with the front desk and ultimately a manager to get it fixed but they were keen to solve this for us quickly and extra accommodations were made as a result which weren’t necessary but truly appreciated. the reaction and solution to this situation makes me want to come back again!

It was gorgeous! The setting was unbeatable.

On Monday, the breakfast restaurant could not handle a small breakfast crowd. They appeared to be understaffed. Overall, everything was flawless.

Location and the activities provided, went to yoga every day of the week and road the electrical bike along the coast was amazing. The manager stepped up his game when we had a horrible service at the restaurant on site.

The service in the restaurant was very slow and disappointing and over priced. Angel Oak restaurant was over priced and over rated. The bed was too stiff and uncomfortable.

It was a special birthday, and we enjoyed all aspects of the experience. What was very special is I drove my new car...a Bently Continental GT, and your valet was very kind and courteous and parked it in the front of the hotel...this was wonderful!!!

the view to the ocean, the spa, the pool, and the restaurants on property were great! the service was great too but we were put next to a bell service door where the employees keep the cleaning supplies so we heard them slamming the door every morning at various times of the day which made it difficult to have restful sleep. other than that it was amazing
