Great spa and pool area. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. They also have discount coupons for some restaurants.

The price is pretty high and the location is quite far from the beach.

We loved the grounds, the high ceilings, and the heated pool area. The kids had so much fun feeding the ducks and watching the turtles! Beds were comfortable, and rooms had plenty os space and storage. Overall, a great stay!

The laundry room closes at 9, but it was not well posted and we had a terrible time trying to get our laundry dried, as someone apparently took it out while wet and put theirs in. Then our laundry got locked in the room by staff. They were kind and ended up letting us finish, but it was a big headache that kept us up several hours later than we had planned to stay up, and we had to keep calling the front, as someone from staff kept locking our laundry in the room and stopping the dryer. It should be posted somewhere more prominent that they are going to take your laundry prisoner if you don’t get it out in time!

The location is convenient for getting back on the road, although it's a bit far from downtown Santa Barbara. There’s an In-N-Out and a Starbucks right next door. The room was pleasant, though a bit small for three people (a rollaway bed was set up for our 10-year-old daughter). Breakfast was enjoyable, but the room layout isn’t ideal—there are more large tables than tables for four, for example. The setting is beautiful, with the small pond and the pool, which was very pleasant and clean.

The laundry room has only one washing machine and one dryer. People are just thinking about rhemselves and dont come quickly after the end ...

Love the pond, pool and spa areas with all the plants, turtles, koi fish and birds. It's peaceful and calming.

Neighbors down a few rooms slamming doors and talking loudly in hallways.

Both Breakfast Room Ladies: Special Notice and a BIG "Thank You" to the two Ladies that greeted us every morning with smiles and a cheerful disposition. They managed to keep the tables clean & the food looking beautiful even on busy mornings. The petite lady with blonde hair took the time to explain all of the breakfast offerings & where to find what we need. She even took a moment to direct us to the special " must see " things in and around your gardens. She is an outstanding employee. If you're looking for an Ambassador, I vote for her. Thank you.

The Ramada seemed newly remodeled and the staff was spectacular. We arrived Saturday night and the shower did not work I reported the problem 7:30 AM Sunday. The receptionist sent a staff maintenance person who discovered the problem and replaced the defective part during our breakfast.

Room lighting is a problem. The main light is located on a wall immediately above the TV to hurt eyes. Similarly the lamp beside the suitcase shelf is low and the shade does not cover the bright bulb. A tall lamp with a fully covered bulb is needed.

I had booked a room and wasn't able to stay after checking in and had to leave due too family emergency. The manager keather made sure to accommodate my family and me for a different date at no charge. I live in santa barbara and this is my family's go too for a nice lil stay-cation. It doesn't make you feel like your in your own town the pool and lagoon area is what keeps us coming here!!!!! I will never stay and any other hotel I tell all my co workers about how amazing management was at accommodation and keeping their guest happy and coming back!! The rooms have the best beds every room has a balcony 😌 the rubber ducks always put a smile on my son's face so to the ramada team keep it up

The garden and a little pond with fish and ducks. And of course the famous white ducky 😍 Staff at the hotel doing awesome job ! The kitchen lady who takes care of the breakfast is friendly same as a cleaning lady who was helping with the busy late breakfast on January 1. Thank you so much for the advices from the receptionist ( we don’t know her name, she is older than the other one and she worked and did our check in on December 30 at 8.30 pm) she is excellent and communicative and friendly as well ! We wanna go back again to this beautiful hotel. All staff are doing excellent work.

Rooms are clean, well furnished and really well maintained. In fact the room we had was just recently repainted and updated. Beds and pillows comfortable and the bathroom has great water pressure for that ever so important shower twice daily. The breakfast in the morning has a great selection of cereals, fruits, breads and beverages etc. All in all, a great place to stay for a night or two.

Breakfast only has two hot meal options; sausage and scrambled eggs...very limited. Surprised that laundry room is only open 9am to 9pm and not 24hrs. You need the room key to open the laundry room anyway so why restrict their use? They're far enough from the rooms that the noise is minimal whereas the ice machine motors can be heard all the way down the other end of the corridor.

Our room was new contemporary and very clean! Not only that, but it had enough outlets and plugs for all of our electronic equipment. It’s important these days.

I did not like that. They was no water fountains available. Every time we wanted to get a drink of water, we had to buy a bottle which was very expensive! Also, parking was a challenge. We had to disable tags and mini trucks without disabled tags were in the spots each night.
